It looked beautiful, but when we walked in, it smelled like dirty animals. The de k was really run down and the furniture was broken. The area around, pool, elevator, hottub, were really run down.

Fantastic! Quiet, remote, peaceful. We will rebook .

Great condo and location for our toddler to play and explore the beach. Low key and relaxing

Condo was excellent!!! Unfortunately the waters were not clear at all. If you’re a fisherman, young family, or just enjoy a beach with no crowds this is for you.

Loved our time here we wanted to relax in a place that wasn’t so commercialized and this is it. Our condo was nice and just as described. Only down side was the water was really murky, and and sargassum/seaweed everywhere of course that’s Mother Nature no one can control that.So still great trip!

Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!

The property manager was great to work with. The condo was beautiful and well stocked. Location is great. My only complaint is that vehicles are allowed on the beach and there were trucks driving on the beach day and night pretty steadily which made it hard to relax. They also compact the sand and make the beach hard as a rock and dirty. We had to keep getting the kids out of the way of the trucks. Not a relaxing location simply because of this. Had I known the beach itself was a roadway, I would’ve booked further out on the cape where there’s no traffic on the sand.
