Stayed May 4, 2025It looked beautiful, but when we walked in, it smelled like dirty animals. The de k was really run down and the furniture was broken. The area around, pool, elevator, hottub, were really run down.

Stayed Mar 28, 2026We've rented a handful of vacation rentals and this has been my favorite. Very easy check in and good communication. The condo was so nice and clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The owners included so many thoughtful little touches that allowed us to not have to run to the grocery store right away. The pool and hot tub were very clean and as pool owners I'm picky about this. The storage unit had plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys like boogie boards that were in great shape. The beach was beautiful and clean. We loved our stay and I would love to stay here again sometime!

Stayed Feb 22, 2026Host was spot on. Responded very quickly to any concerns. Our only complaint was the bathroom by the pool was never cleaned in the 3 weeks we were there. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and bed was very comfortable

Stayed May 23, 2025Loved our time here we wanted to relax in a place that wasn’t so commercialized and this is it. Our condo was nice and just as described. Only down side was the water was really murky, and and sargassum/seaweed everywhere of course that’s Mother Nature no one can control that.So still great trip!

Stayed Dec 23, 2024Condo was spotless. The beach is great with good fishing. The location is quiet and restful. Other guests there were helpful and friendly. The hot water is amazing. The storage room downstairs is extremely useful.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This condo is in a great location only one mile down Cape San Blas road. The setting also offers security and privacy. The views from the large balconey are amazing, and the boardwalk offers convenient access to the beach without the need for renting a golf cart. The living area is large and provides comfortable seating and a big screen Smart TV for family time. The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities and many extras. The pool area provides an oasis for times when the kids want to take a break from the beach or the adults want to soak in the hot tub. This unit also provides a covered parking space next to the stairs making loading and unloading for your stay a breeze, Wonderful experience and would love to return!
