Stayed Mar 13, 2025Spring break stay unit was perfect .. you do have to check in offsite, but honestly, it goes way faster than it has ever gone for us checking in at the resort. The only difference is that you don’t get poolside towels and in this particular unit, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and appliances and such, but there were no condiments or any things like that

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Communication was an issue as I did not receive their lease bundle and no one reached out to confirm I did. Had I not been diligent in obtaining this info, we would have gone to the Resort to check in and been very upset. The room was mostly clean, besides a dirty coffee maker and a few dirty pans. There were limited amenities, very standard instead of the helpful items like saran wrap, cooking spray, tin foil etc. Las Palomas itself is in steep decline- dirty and now overpriced. We won't be back but would consider Casago for another booking somewhere else now that we know their procedures.
