Las Palomas Phase 3, Spectacular New Building, Barcelona 604, 3Bed/2Bath, WOW!

Great unit! We loved being in quiet phase 3. The host was great at communication!

Everything was clean and great. I did not get check-in information from the owner regarding checkin which we usually get right away. Of course, my fault I did not realize until the day before so it took awhile to hear from the owner regarding the matter. Biggest issue we encountered was the water in all of phase 3 did not work for long periods of time-twice. Had to go to phase 2 to use facilities. Water in pool at phase 3 was definitely colder than phase 2 and service down at bar was not as fun and friendly. We ended up going back to phase 2 pool area for the warmer water and happier service. The room itself was perfect for our needs and the small bedroom was actually roomier than it looks and all of the beds were very comfortable! Tip for coffee drinkers-Bring your own coffee. There was a keurig with choices of filter or cups. There were cups-but only decaf and no filters or ground coffee.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Lots of amenities within the condo--didn't have to wish for anything. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo. We always enjoy Las Palomas and the safety, accessibility, location, and comfort. Everything was wonderful at the condo! Only bummer is that one of the blinds was broken in the master room, which allowed a lot of light into the room at night when trying to sleep. If they get that fixed it’s hands down 5 star review!!

Everything was very nice, we really enjoyed our stay, the only complaint was the master bathroom shower was either cold or scalding hot when showering but other than that everything was amazing.

We loved our stay. The condo perfectly suited our needs, and was truly the best place to unwind and vacation. The style and decor made it a fun stay. My son loved the book options on the bookshelf. The Phase III pools were also a big hit. Hopefully we can book again in the future!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom with a perfect view. Everything was lovely.

Another Thanksgiving in Mexico! The tradition is going strong and this condo made it a memorable stay. We will be back next year. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we would need. Nice to have the little extras. Having the staff come and tidy up every day was also very helpful and made the stay even better. Beds were comfortable too.

Owner/host was amazing. Very quick responses to questions. Unit had the best sunset view and gorgeous finishes. Great experience!

The whole family enjoyed the stay. There were some inconveniences that accrued. Like the water running out when we wanted to shower and having to wait tell the next day for them to figure it all out. The guest room with the two beds was warm for our guest. I tried lowering the temperature, but it wasn’t working. Overall it was a good stay, and the views were spectacular when it came to watching the sunset and sea. It’s a very beautiful condo with plenty of space. Loved the double shower heads in the master bedroom. Everything was great. ?

Best trip to Rocky Point! We were very interested to stay in Phase III. We have been to Rocky Point many times over the years and with two young kids now we appreciate the amenities at Las Palomas. We have stayed in Phase I as well as Phase II. Both have their own pros/cons. This visit to Phase III was all we could ask for. New construction was nice as well as the modern up to date setup in the unit. The stove was a little tricky to figure out for us (electric vs gas) but once we knew how to make it work it worked perfect. Views are incredible. Now is the time to stay in Phase III. Since there is no building opposite the sunset is the best view in all of Las Palomas. Beds were pristine and super comfortable. Entire condo setup like a luxury resort. Bathrooms clean and expansive - exactly like in the pictures. Patio is massive with quality furniture to enjoy morning coffee or sit out and have dinner with an amaxing sunset. Owner was great to communicate with. We had a surprise add on guest (total of 4 adults and 2 kids) that we had to add to the reservation. Owner responded fast and made sure we had no issues with check-in. All in all one of the best experiences we have had at Las Palomas and in Rocky Point. Can't wait to return.

We had a group of 9 people ranging from 15 to 50 years old. The place was comfortable and spacious with all the modern amenities one can enjoy. The owners are extremely attentive and respond right away to any questions. They have anything you need in the kitchen, and I mean everything! They have cookie sheets, cake pans, numerous pots and pans and any type of utensil necessary for you to make special meals for your friends and family! You have TV’s in all the bedrooms and the family room. Beds are very cozy with pillows galore.you will love staying at this beautiful, new and luxurious place, you will truly feel at home!

The process for Las Palomas is always the same. 4pm check-in you might get lucky to get the keys 15 mins beforehand but hey there is the pools and bars to relax in if you get in earlier. This place has some nice sunset views and had everything you need (minus the towels that we had to basically beg for). Phase III is a little nicer, but reminder construction is still happening around but overall great place to stay. Would I recommend? Would I stay again. Absolutely.

This place was amazing! We’ve been to this resort before but this place was to die for ! The place was really spacious ! it fits 10 people but just know before booking that they only allow 8 people for a 3 bedroom and can pay for an extra wristband for a 9th person! Other than that the room had more then we can bargain for . There was everything to cook and the amenities at this place was amazing ! I definitely recommend !
