Las Palomas 1st Floor Beauty-Steps to Lazy River and Beach

This is a perfect spot with a stunning ocean view, easy access to swimming pool.

We have stayed at multiple units at Las Palomas, this was by far the very best! We highly recommend

We had a wonderful time visiting Las Palomas for our 3 year in a row. This was our first year booking a ground level condo and it was wonderful. So convenient!

Perfect location. Close to pool and beach

Unit was in a spectactular spot. Very nice layout with 2 master suites and large kitchen. The only downside for people that will prep meals there is the lack of kitchen cookware. A mix mash of stuff but most outdated and not very meal prep oriented. Toaster did not work, the electric stovetop is a pain to use IMO. Could use an electric skillet to cover a multitude of meal prep. Also the icemake in the fridge makes ice but did not dispense it lol. The unit is right off the lazy river and very close to the beach.

Great experience. Comfortable place in good location with lots to do. Nice amenities at the resort, right on beach, close enough to town too. Water pressure left a little to be desired. Otherwise perfect.

The unit and the entire property were very clean and well maintained which was great! We had everything we needed and enjoyed the huge patio. The location is really nice being right off the lazy river and pools and being able to see the ocean too. My only complaint is that both beds are extremely loud which made it hard to get a good night sleep. Every movement caused the bed to creak and woke me up. Overall my family had a great time staying in this very spacious unit.

We have been staying at Las Palomas for a few years now & this has to be our favorite condo yet! You are steps from the lazy river and the pool which makes it very convenient if you have kids. We will definitely be booking here again.

This property was beautiful and spacious but the location was the best! We go to Rocky Point once a year and this was the best property we have stayed in! It was perfect for 4 adults.

Awesome room with large kitchen / living room and huge patio!

We seriously feel like we had the best condo on the property. Ground floor, our own stairs, straight out to the pool, close to the beach, huge patio, grassy area right in front of patio for the kids to play. It was the perfect setup for a family. The resort itself was beautiful and so clean. Cute coffee shop on the property. We just had the best time. Hope to come back.

Very comfortable stay. My kids and ourselves had an amazing time. The host communicated very well and helped with every question I had. Even if she wasn’t sure of the answer she made sure to call the customer service to get the accurate answer. She went above and beyond. Thank you

Kimberly's condo F101 is AMAZING! The location is exceptional, the furnishing perfect. Our stay at Las Palomas was lovely and this condo, well you really couldn't ask for more. Well thought out furnishing, very comfortable and daily maid service was not something we expected, but was a very nice added bonus. Communication with Kimberly was excellent and prompt.Thank you for our very enjoyable and lovely stay Kimberly! We would love to return some day.

Fantastic location! Great to be able to walk right out to pool. The kitchen was really well stocked. Huge place. Two full baths is wonderful . A reminder to bring your own coffee filters and salt and pepper on the description would be nice

I went with a group of people and they all stayed in phase one. Phase two property and the room that I got was absolutely gorgeous. It was so much nicer than the other rooms that were rented.
