Stayed Jun 3, 2022We were totally pleased with the condominium unit in particular and with the complex in general. All of our expectations were met. As a sidebar, I would like to add that I rented two condominiums in Las Marinas on this particular weekend. I did not initially realize I was dealing with two different management companies. Padre Island Rentals manages unit 301 and South Padre Island Rentals manages the other unit I rented. While both companies ultimately took care of me, there was a huge difference in friendliness and customer service between the two companies. South Padre Island Rentals had, by far, the better customer service between the two. I also liked that South Padre Island Rentals provided information, guidance, and direction via text message while Padre Island Rentals handled this correspondence through email which I do not check on a timely basis on vacation. I really liked unit 301 and would definitely stay again, but I would first look for availability in the complex from South Padre Island Rentals. They were just that far over the top.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022Weather was awful, tv receiver in the bedroom needed rebooted often and the back patio lock needs repaired. All and all it's a nice clean and spacious rental.

Stayed Jul 22, 2021Property had all the essentials for a relaxing and fun week on the island. Excellent location on the bay side, with only a short walk to the beach. Check in host was very informative by providing tips and suggestions for our stay. Nice having access to the outdoor shower and pool as well. Will definitely return next year.
