Las Brisas, Breathtaking view! Oceanfront, Sleeps 9, 2 COVERED PARKING SPOTS

Our stay was extraordinary. The condo is completely updated, very well maintained and in the prime location- perfect beachfront spot and also close to shopping, restaurants, bars etc. The owners provided us with an information packet ahead of our arrival which was very helpful. They also make themselves available in the event that guests need anything and when we did reach out they were incredibly responsive. We absolutely loved our time here!

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view! Great location. We walked 1.5 miles down the beach to John’s Pass every day. It was close enough, but not too close to be overcrowded. We will definitely try to stay here again! Thanks to the host for making it a nice place to stay with all you need to cook!

Just returned from our stay Christmas week 2025. They were 5 of us who stayed here- 3 kids in their 20’s and mom and dad. Location was good. View from the balcony were incredible. Unit was just as described and was roomy enough for is. We all would highly recommend this unit. You just could not beat the convenience in every area.

Absolutely STUNNING condo. Beyond exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. The host was quick to respond - even after an accidental call, and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

We love Las Brisas and this condo did not disappoint. The only minor complaint is the outdoor chairs were not conducive for elderly people.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The smaller size of the building made the beach much less crowded and we were able to get to know our temporary neighbors. Dolphins went by all day and came very close to the shore. We even saw a few manatees. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The sky even gifted us with a goodbye rainbow as we were packing to leave.

We loved this place! The beach was only a few feet from the building and location was perfect. The condo was clean with everything we needed. Jim was so nice and helpful. Would definitely book this place again.

This was an absolutely beautiful updated condo. I stayed at Las Brisas before and was nice but this was exceptional. Like I said stay in many of these which are nice but this was hotel feel. Jim was a pleasure to speak to and answered any questions immediately. Only one thing , was bbq’s weren’t working facility should fix/replace. Jim, we will definitely be back next year! It was a blessing for our family, thank you

Perfect place for our family, great location, beautiful place, great patio for dolphin and people watching, loved it all, had two 17 years olds with us that said it was a perfect place, had everything we could possibly need. We will retirn again!! Thanks

It was a beautiful condo and well equipped. We accidently broke a bedroom lamp and contacted owner who allowed us to replace it. Went to nearby At Home and found two matching bedroom lamps. Easy fix!

Easy access to beach, very nice condo, loved it

Beautiful condo, stocked with everything you could possibly need. You could honestly just show up with your clothes and food and everything else is there. Extremely clean. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice updates to the property! Pool wasn’t available yet from the hurricane damage, but will be open soon according to residents. We were made aware of this before we booked. Great communication from the hosts.

The condo was fantastic! Beautiful views, being right in the beach was great. John’s pass boardwalk was close that had tons to do to get a little break from the water,sand and sun a bit. 8 of us stayed at the condo 4 adults and 4 kids. We all agree we look forward to visiting and staying here again!

Beautiful unit with outstanding gulf views. Location was accessible and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

We had a great trip to this property for Spring Break. The condo itself is great, very spacious and easily held our group of 5. The views from the balcony are unbeatable! You are right on the beach! The location is good - right in the mix of Madeira Beach - walkable restaurants. There is significant hurricane damage to both the area and the property. The pool was out of service and I was disappointed that wasn't listed on the property information when we booked. It looks VERY close to being open, so hopefully not a problem much longer. Other parts of the complex are also a bit run down (paver patios out front, landscaping, etc) or just still recovering from the hurricane (hard to tell which), but overall great beach, views and condo!

The place was amazing and the views of the ocean were spectacular. My friends and I had a lovely stay. Jim was very responsive.

We chose this property due to proximity of the beach and to Johns Pass for shopping and restaurants. The property has been beautifully renovated. It was very clean and welcoming. We will be booking another stay in the very near future.

Everything was great

Condo was clean. Fully stocked with enough towels, linen etc for everyone. Room is located near the elevator so that was good for Nana. Beds are very comfy and the pool was clean. Will be staying here again.

Absolutely amazing place for a family vacation! Everything was as described, actually, it was better than described. We will be coming back. Very clean and comfortable and so close to everything we never had to get in the car- great location!
