Las Brisas 24 | Downtown Condo, Fireplace!

It was alovely experience, everything was so well thought out, and we loved the little touches of artistic care.

Very nice layout, clean, great sheets, nice kitchen appliances. Bed pillows were pretty flat. Shower curtain in master bedroom was moldy.

Excellent time in Santa Fe!

The bedroom setup is perfect for privacy and each bedroom having a private bath is a plus.

Overall it was clean and in a great location. 15min walk to downtown square. The 2.5 bathrooms was huge for us as we could each get ready at our own pace. Would stay again!Only complaint is the trash truck that arrived at 3am Saturday morning, tho wasn't on the rental at all, but was REALLY loud.

We loved this cozy home! It had privacy and a quiet courtyard, while also being close to downtown. The community is very well maintained and cleaned, and it's obvious that the residents and management care about it. The management was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend. Just a note to others planning to stay, make sure to bring storage containers for any food leftovers or home made meals!

Great location, nice size and appreciated the two parking spots and the washer & dryer. Linens and towels were high quality.Things to consider: outdoor patio is overgrown, but could be great. TV was not consistent, probably an issue with the WiFi. Management company did not read the owner notes from me on the VRBO app and indicated it was because I used a 3rd party site to book. Also, there is a separate contract that has to be signed that is very one sided.

This property is a great location, very quiet and easily walkable. We enjoyed walking to downtown and the rail yard district. The amount of room was perfect for our family.

This property was good for our stay in Santa Fe but our A/C was not working at all due to not being connected before our arrival. Since it was a weekend it took over 24 hours to get someone to help. It was extremely hot. However after we had someone come the unit felt much better. Location was good for walking. Property manager took care of our first nights stay due to the inconvenience.

Property was excellent , spacy and clean.Shower in front bedroom bathroom needs a grab handle, otherwise dangerous. Shower curtain rod very weak. would be 5 star otherwise

The apartment is very well organized with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped; there is a large table and a small outdoor patio. It is in quiet location with plenty of parking.It possible to walk downtown, but we drove. Overall it was ideal for us. Maria, Boston

Enjoyed the condo and would rent again

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to walk from the condo to the plaza and Railyard areas. The condo was perfect for the four of us.

The property worked great for our little family get away. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is very nice. We were impressed with the layout and space. There are two things that we did not expect: 1) the smell of smoke and 2) the noisiness of the bathrooms. We were given two keys. One of which was not for the property we rented. It was no big deal. I called the office to explain that we did not need a replacement. I got a call back with the opposite message. It was very noisy in the background. It sounded like a holiday party. I had to hurry to get off the phone. It was irritating to try to hear. There was nothing that would prevent us from renting again. The location is great. If it had not snowed we would have done more walking. We did report that the back bedroom shower and kitchen faucet had drips. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Very clean, comfortable, Has everything you need and is close to the downtown plaza. We felt safe and it was quiet - Has cute little outdoor patio. We would stay again

I found communication with the property manager imperfect, at first, but Vrbo was responsive and allayed my concerns. The property was excellent and week run.
