Las Brisas #207 Gulf Front Corner Condo with Balcony & Room for 9

The overall stay here was nice, but the property had its issues. The pool and beach are not private as indicated in the description. Often times the pool was crowded, as we watched from the balcony as others would cross the street and enter the pool and beach area. The stove in the condo was very nasty and had not been cleaned in while, it stunk to use it. The floors were nasty as well, after a shower your bare feet was black in a short while. The two double beds are not the best comfort for sleeping. The water was a little trashy with sea debris. The red tide made it fun coughing most of the time, but that is part of it that can't be helped. Then you have the hammering and drilling on the patio, as your 40 feet away on the beach from the workers for 2 days of your vacation. Now with highlights of the good things. We were very close to dining, shopping, and other after beach activities. The condo was large enough for four adults and two kids. The view was the greatest of any we stayed at yet!

Everthing worked out fine.

The condo was good and was right on the beach. The place was in good shape, but could have used a little more thorough cleaning. There wasn't much for paper towels, garbage can liners or cleaning supplies. All in all we had a nice stay with great views right on the beach. The parking lot is under the building and parts of it only have like a 6' 5 clearing.

Had a great stay, would stay again. Condo was nice and the beach was steps away. Gorgeous view from the balcony.

Perfect location for our Thanksgiving break!

Unit was very nice. Had everything we needed. Will come back if possible.

Unit a bit dated, however the location excellent, close to everything, shops, grocery, restaurants. Property on ocean, steps to pool and beach. There is nothing better than family and the beach.

Condo was clean. Check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful beach that was never too crowded. Pool was great and not overly busy either. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Main road is kind of busy at times but several crosswalks to get across. Johns pass only a mile or so down the road with plenty of parking for a small fee. This was our second time staying in Las Brisas and probably will be back

I would definitely book this unit again!

This could not have been a better place for my family to spend our first Christmas away from our hometown, we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
