Awesome place to stay! Close enough to downtown for a nice walk, but also a nice peaceful feel surrounded by woods. Great place!

Great place to stay! We really appreciated the sound machines and numerous plugs in the rooms! It's something many people don't think about!

My wedding party (Groomsmen) and I stayed here for the week of my wedding. The residence fulfilled our needs for the week perfectly. The number of beds, as well as the ability for one of the couches to unfold, ensured that everyone had a place to sleep. The condo itself was clean and was just a nice place to stay in general when we were hanging out there. In addition, Sandra was very helpful in answering any questions I had in a timely manner.

Everything was just as we expected based on the information and pictures in the VRBO listing. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay there again

The property was perfect for a girls weekend getaway. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was close to everything- restaurants, shopping and the beach. I would recommend it for a group of friends or a family.

This was a spectacular find! This condo was so organized, clean, and had anything we needed. It was in a great location, easy to enter, ample parking, scenery etc. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to this area.

We traveled to Saugatuck for a little weekend getaway with our parents. The condo was perfect for 5 adults. There was plenty of space, the beds were comfy, and Sandra thought of everything. From sound machines to extra toilet paper the condo had it all. Would highly recommend.

Nice place with everything you need. Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. This place is perfectly located near stores, dune rides, and restaurants. Great communications with the host.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and quiet! Lots of trees around property making the view in the fall very pretty.

we were here for a family wedding. at the Ivy, it was so close which was perfect as we had to make multiple trips at times the Condo was cute and clean, the lower level was a bit chilly we did open vents but it don’t help a whole lot the bed in the Master seemed more of a full then a queen (would prefer a king) our family that was in the condo next to us did have a king bed in their max bedroom also could have used mor e blankets the condo hasd everything we needed would love to come back in the summer for the Dunes, golf and just fun outdoor stuff highly recommend this property
