Large private balcony with Gulf views! 2 Bedroom condo. FN #205

The Friendly Native room 205 may have been outdated but the balcony view was wonderful . Upon arrival cleanliness was great. They could have provided more towels upon arrival especially for 4 adults and 2 children . The pullout couch bed was terrible to sleep on . The place was so convenient to pool, beach, and restaurants. Too bad laundry facilities were not closer. We will be coming back next year and renting same place.

Room was dirty, smelled like pee, not taken care of, no working outlets, 1 working tv out of 3, dirty laundry under bed, not up to code outlets falling out of walls some with out covers on, ceiling falling down, tiles coming up in bathroom

The condo is quite rustic, but very comfortable and clean!! Felt like my Mamaws house with the rustic quality and welcoming feeling!! We had 6 with us and although it was small, we all felt comfortable and never felt like we were on top of each other!! We plan to rent it again for our vacation next summer!!

Wanted a place close to beach for my son’s wedding . The location was perfect

Property is exactly as described, grandmas beach cottage. The unit definitely feels a bit dated but it wasnt a problem, TVs in each room, and the AC works well. The balcony (only one on the building) was a great place to relax and watch the sunsets.We'll be back to this one for aure!wil

The “warnings” given when renting the place state that it is dated and bare bones. While it is very dated it isn’t like a clean 1980s apartment. There are stains all over the place including gross stains in the carpets. Grime on the fridge door, trash under the bed: empty coke bottle and empty pill packets. The location is close to the beach and we spent most of our time outside at the great pool or at the beach or in my other family’s rented place in the same building which was much nicer. I would recommend the building in terms of pool and location but this place was not as nice as camping even. Appliances didn’t work and it just had an overall gross feeling.

I've stayed in the same building before so I expected some age, but this unit looks like it hadn't been upgraded in 40 years. All the furniture was old and worn, several lights didn't work, there were only one or two 3 wire outlets in the unit, and other 2 wire outlets had old-style wood covers that didn't allow plugging in a phone charger. The AC was set to 70 and couldn't be turned lower and the bedroom was always about 5 degrees warmer. It took almost 12 hours before the living room got to 70 (it was a hot day) and I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was too hot in the bedroom. The private balcony is built on the rooftop of the other building, the deck is rotting and the railings are flimsy. I go on these trips to relax and telework during the day and enjoy the evenings. This unit was so old and uncomfortable, I couldn't work. I left 3 days early. If you're looking for a crash pad for college kids, this might work... It reminds me of places I'd stay with fraternity brothers in the 80s.

Do not rent this place. It is a 3rd floor walk up and there has not been any maintenance on the unit ever. There was a very strong mold smell and the place is filthy. VRBO was great at helping us communicate with the host and, we did not stay at this property after seeing the condition. Public beach access is right there and parking was great.

It is just as described. It is outdated, but clean. It is a great building and location!

The couch was filthy and felt like years of sunscreen and who knows what else was sticky. Didn’t want my kids sitting directly on it. The carpet must have never been washed as it made our feet black. There was a lack of the normal (to us) cleaning tools. They expect your dishes washed before you leave but leave you no dish soap and a used sponge. There’s a broom but no dust pan? Mice traps under the sink. The rails on the deck were totally unsafe and there were multiple broken chairs on the patio which made us spend 0 time out there. On top of this, they prewarn you that there is no security- meaning pretty much anyone who wanted to was welcome into the “private pool”. Would never revisit and we felt lied to by the representation of the place online.

As advertised. Comfy place close to beach. Nice little snack stand in the parking lot just a tiny walk from condo. Breakfast burgers and adult beverages. Nice place

Good stay at a location that is walking distance from the beach. Accommodated all of us that needed to go to a conference.
