Large Gulf Unit & Beach Views - Crimson #203

The condo was a great set up and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had plenty of beds. The only thing was the Master Bedroom bed was hard and they do not supply beach chairs. Being on the beach, chairs are a must. Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again.

Plenty of space and adequate dishes to cook and eat with in a truly functional capacity. The Crimson property is still in disrepair from the hurricanes last fall. All the properties next to them are repaired and quite nice, but the pool and fence situation made us feel like we were in a prison yard. No beach vibe at all. That was very disappointing and made me listen to my husband complain about it for the whole week. The HOA needs to get it together because many vacationers were not happy about the pool area. Also the office staff seemed to take offense when questioned about the repairs and spoke to us like we were stupid because of the hurricane. Just some forewarning about the pool and hot tub area would have been nice.

Trash odor on property is bad. The flimsy trash bags provided are always going to break open in the trash shoot which may contribute to open trash.

The pool and beach gates were a pain for a big family due to only having two keys. It seemed like we were always searching for who had the key.

We had a great view and love this time of year when it's not so busy. Right across from John's Pass, which has plenty of restaurants and shops.

Facility is well maintained and the SunHost staff have been very friendly and responsive. Happy to renew for next year and with increased rental rates expect unit and facilty to be in great shape!
