The condo was very easy to get to, clean and well equipped. Joe the security guard became the kids favorite. Not bad or good but pool is on side of building so doesn’t have much sun. We did go to pool everyday it is heated and the kids loved there time here.

This is our second year renting a condo from Jason and his wife. Our experience was wonderful! The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Jason and his wife were extremely helpful! We will definitely be booking for a third trip to Gulf Shores with them. We love Island Royal room 801and 503!

We were very comfortable staying at this condo. Access to everything was great. Communications with Jason was excellent. It is a great space.

The condo was a perfect place for some much needed rest and relaxation. Because it was my granddaughter’s first time visiting the beach we wanted a place that had both easy beach access and a pool. When not enjoying the water, enjoying the view from the balcony was top on our list. Access to local restaurants and a grocery store allowed us to spend a lot of our time just relaxing. The host responded quickly to the same day check in and provided clear check in/check out instructions. If we are in the area again, we hope this unit is available.

Stayed here 4/4/26 -4/10/26. We will make this our go to place every time we make it back to the Gulf Shores. Property was beautiful and the view from the 8th floor was gorgeous (We stayed in room 801). We saw dolphins swimming everyday from the balcony. Parking was super convenient as well as access to the beach. Everything was steps away from our door step. Host was prompt on answering any questions we had. Property was well maintained. Many options for dining and recreation things in the direct area. Thank you for a great vacation and memories to last a life time.

Great place! Awesome views, comfortable beds and easy walk to beach. Hosts were great and super easy to communicate with. Loved the heated pool and spa! Definitely would stay here again.

Fell in love with this unit! the beds were comfy but the living room furniture was tired. the views and balconies were awesome. loved the location too! it felt like home immediately! we are considering it again but time will tell.

This place was perfect we had two kids 3 and 4 and 3 adults. It was close to everything for us and the kids enjoyed the pool!

Very nice condo! Spacious balcony and rooms. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Very easy access to the beach. So many restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay! Our host Jason was awesome!

The place was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes and pans. Jason took good care of us during our stay. The spot right on the beach was excellent and located near everything in Gulf Shores. I would definitely stay here again and probably will!

We’re a family of 6 so we’re always looking for a larger space to hold us and our stay here was perfect. We were able to come and go from the beach as needed and also took advantage of the beach rentals so that we didn’t have to haul chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed the pool every day! The accommodations were very nice - plenty of room for us to eat at the dining room table and everything we needed was there in the condo. I even realized I forgot a book for the beach and located one in the tv entertainment center in the living room, which saved the day! We plan on returning for sure.

Comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. It had everything needed for our extended stay. A big thank you to Jason & Sonya. They were great hosts making sure we had everything we needed. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was one of our favorite things to do. Would definitely stay here again

We came for Thanksgiving break and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We went to beach everyday and the girls loved the surf boards. It was a great stay I can not say enough about the property!

This was my second stay at one of your properties. Everything was nice and clean. The location was great, convenient to everything. The short walk to the beach was perfect. Definitely will be back.
