Large, Ground Floor, Indian Rocks Beach Condo, Sunset Paradise, Gulf Side!

The check-in was super easy and the condo had everything that we could need for a getaway. We had Wi-Fi and parking was next to the unit. Access to the pool and the beach are right in front of the condo. There is a cute patio right outside the sliding glass doors where we enjoyed breakfast. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very roomy and everyone enjoyed staying together in one place.

We had a wonderful time! Upon checking in the code didn’t work but they reset it and eventually it did. Was dissatisfied with 3rd bedroom accommodations - the beds were not steady enough for 2 20 something adults. Had to actually reassemble one of the twin beds. The shower curtain liners needed to be changed for mold (I understand Florida water stains in the tub) but the liners could have easily been changed prior to our stay. However, they did drop off some the day we told them. The tent for the beach was missing parts and ripped. All in all we had a great trip, made the best of it! We just felt a little shocked at that more housekeeping wasn’t done before we arrived for that price. Location made up for it though if you are willing to go with the flow! It’s a great location, beautiful beach and wonderful location for restaurants!

Located right there on the beach quiet area not too crowded unit was equipped with everything you could possibly think of. Very spacious for a large family.

We loved that this unit was so close to the beach!!! The unit was really easy to find and we loved all the amenities that this unit provided, especially the beach accessories!! We would definitely like to stay there again and recommend it to family and friends!!!

This place is right on the beach, less than a minute walk to the beach from the unit making it easy with little ones. We loved having the option of the pool and the beach. Short walk to restaurants/coffee shops/convenient stores making this a great property. Cam was easy to communicate with. You won’t be disappointed.

A group of 50somethings girls trip shared a great 2 night vacation at the condo. The highlights/Pros? BEACH and POOL all in one spot! Beautifully decorated, excellent location, close to many restaurants and bars, all easily within walking distance (pro tip, if needed, stop at grocery and liquor store prior to arriving!) Very spacious living quarters, large kitchen, comfy couches, lounging spots etc. All very good!!Cons?: While the king bed was comfortable, but firm, but unfortunately the other beds in the condo, especially the twin beds, were not in good shape. Granted, these were adult women on them, but they were noisy and uncomfortable, an upgrade would be great. Overall, do not hesitate to rent this condo, you will not regret it! I would absolutely return!

First of all, the host was horrible with communicating. The place was very outdated, only one smoke detector had batteries, the pool was out of service for the first 3 days of our stay, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and the list goes on. Two different days, there was a party is a nearby condo so we weren’t able to use at least one of the two assigned parking places. The washer and dryer were awful. It took at least two full cycles for the dryer to dry items. There was no dishwasher and one of the two provided hair dryers was an antique that didn’t even work. This was definitely not the place we thought it was.

Stay was fine but still some work needed in pool area & patio doors were unable to be opened to access patio

We loved our stay in IRB. Location was excellent. Convenient walk to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beach. Condo was spacious. Disappointed in cleanliness. This place needs a DEEP clean. Visible dirt and food splatter on walls, soiled oily throw pillows, musty jean couch, and an overall feeling of grime. I spent the morning of check in cleaning for our family to feel comfortable. We had a great stay here, it was a great space and location. Wi-Fi didn’t seem to work in one bedroom, and bathrooms (showers) were a little dated but overall we didn’t have any issues and would recommend it. Thank you!

With a nice roomy condo conveniently located on ground level only steps away from the beach and pool.Had easy check in and great communication from host.Condo was supplied with everything needed for enjoying relaxing days at the beach!

Property owner did not respond to my requests for check in info that was promised 3 days in advance. I had to call the help line 2 times to get the info late the night before our check in. The condo was great, clean and very well equipped for our stay. Great kitchen. Wonderful location just steps from the beach
