Large Direct Oceanfront Condo

On arrival this unit was clean and prepared for us. Instructions received by the owner were clear to gain entry, for parking, etc. We were told that only paper products and garbage bags would be needed but on arrival there were many items not provided that we had to shop for that we believed would be included basics such as hand soap, cleaning supplies, kitchen basics, etc. We also found some things in disrepair that should have been fixed. The mattress in the master bedroom was so worn it could not be used and forced us to sleep in the secondary bedroom. Emails were sent to the owner to let her know about some of these deficiencies, even just to fix for the next guest, however no response was received. Overall, while we liked the location and enjoyed our time in North Myrtle Beach and will return to the area, I would not stay in that unit again.

We had a good stay here. Would have liked to have a better stock of toiletries. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for the whole stay. Easy access to the beach and it was nice to have beach accessories available.

View was amazing, as well as the overall location itself. However, the particular unit is in need of updating. Furnishings are very dated, stained in many places. Carpet also is in need of cleaning or replacement. Beds are hard and pillows flat.Even allowing for this being at a resort location we were expecting better quality lodgings for the cost.

We loved the co do. However, the mattress in the main bedroom is very broken and worn out. It aggravated my husband’s back issues, so he was not able to participate in the fun much. We’d love to rent this against n if the mattress is replaced.

This condo has a great location with easy beach access. Very well-maintained building. Could the floors be cleaner? Yes. Could the couches be more comfortable? Yes. But the condo is very well-appointed. The appliances and AC worked beautifully. Great views from the roomy balcony. Balcony had plenty of seating for 8 & two glass top tables (although there were only three of us). Beds were completely with nice linens. Plenty of towels to go around. Check in was a dream. Super easy to access keys & parking passes. Very short walk to Molly Darcy’s, ice cream, convenience store and souvenir shop. Host was very responsive. Would definitely rent from him again.

Beautiful views, well equipped Condo

My wife and I were there for my birthday. The unit was very nice. Well laid out and nicely appointed. Easy to access and although parking was across the street it had wide parking spots for both trucks and SUVs. The ocean view was spectacular. We have some very nice sunrise photos that are worthy of a screen save if you are into sunrises. The next time we are in N. Myrtle Beach this cond will be high on our list.

Waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning was a great start to each day!Myrtle Beach North is an excellent location due to it's close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and golf courses.The unit has plenty of space and all you need for a memorable stay!

Great get away spot

The condo was spacious, with a large ocean front balcony. Tons of restaurants and entertainment within minutes of the condo. A neighborhood Irish pub right next door. Pools, hot tubs, lazy river all heated and immaculately kept. Definitely a contender for next year!

Condo was lovely and the host was very helpful when I couldn’t find the key. Only issue was the king size bed in the master suite was extra extra extra firm. Without a doubt the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on, I survived.. but my back and hips weren’t quite as happy. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and condo. Highly recommend if you like a firm bed!

Loved the balcony, oceanfront, wonderful views. As others had mentioned, need a bit more cookware (pizza pan, cookie sheet, etc)

I have stayed in a lot of condos in the Myrtle Beach area. This was a nice condo and I would stay at it again. The only disappointment was small things... no kitchen Staples whatsoever. No spices of any kind including simple salt and pepper shakers. No Kleenex and only a couple rolls of toilet tissue. Every condo I've ever stayed at has had at least a minimum of these items. I was also surprised there was no kind of to go coffee mugs with lids. I would just make sure I brought these items along next time as I would stay here again.

Nice unit great view

Everything was just as we wanted. Beautiful ocean view, nice big swimming pool, close to things we wanted to be far enough away it wasn’t crowded. A perfect trip, just entirely to short!

The floors were grunge furniture needed cleaning. Master shower was moldy

Beautiful place to stay. Great location for eating or shopping. Ice cream place right around the corner. Condo was clean and all the amenities were there. Thanks for letting us stay. We'll be back in the future

The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred. The counter was sticky, there was crumbs on the couch which was dirty and the floor, there was mold in the shower, hair gobbed in the bath tub filter and along the side of the tub. The carpet in the living room was all bent so that there was creases to trip on. Other then that we had a wonderful time.

We had a great time. We had everything we needed. I really love the jetted bathtub. We love the balcony and the view. The previous renter left some stuff in the outside storage unit, so we weren’t able to put our stuff in there. This was our second time at this condo, and we look forward to our next visit.

Location was great. Steps to beach close to ramp making it easy access with the wagon

Host was communicative. Facilities and staff are nice at the condo.

We had a great vacation. The room we stayed in was nice but not the cleanest. The refrigerator had crumbs and spills from the previous people. A lot of left over items from the previous people like food left in cabinets and piles of shells and sand on the balcony table.

Great time ! Awesome view . Only minor issues . Light bulbs in master closet and bedroom were out .Loved the outdoor storage closet to keep beach chairs

There were several maintenance and cleaning issues that we had to over-look. I was reprimanded by the VRBO rep for not contacting him through the VRBO app. He would have had the cleaning crew back to clean. We were already there and didn't want to spoil our time there. We did some of the cleaning and moved on. I did try contacting maintenance using the number on the paperwork in the condo to be told he doesn't do maintenance for them anymore. By the way, 2 things - (1)no golf carts are allowed on property and (2)don't check in at 4:00 as it is overly crazy.

Nice condos, front door didnt alway latch whenclosing. Shower light didnt work.

Overall great condo. Suggest better mattresses in second bedroom and new couches they weren’t very comfortable.

What a great stress free vacation. The building provides luggage carts and shopping carts for use, so getting in and out was a breeze!! Unlike some other places I've stayed at, we went right up to the unit got the key and boom we were on vacation! No check in desk situation here!The unit was just as pictured . The photos with the blue sofas and stainless steel appliances are the most recent. The mattress in the master bedroom was good. Lots of hot water and the AC worked great . The buildings 3 elevators were all working and there was never more than a few seconds wait time. The beach area was right out the back door. No roads to cross. Rental chairs were a bit pricey about 45 per day for 2 chairs and one umbrella. We stopped at the local Walmart and picked up 2 chairs and clip on Umbrellas for under 30 and used them all week. The pool and lazy river were great and were fully heated. Just note they do NOT allow any umbrellas there. Not even my little clip on. This is a recent new rule and even several of the full time residents were surprised by this. It made it difficult to read with the glare and very hot after a few minutes. Other than that one glitch it was great. My one suggestion to the owner- more towel bars please! The small one by the shower leaves you no room for a wet wash cloth or hand towel. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back!

What a great rental. Location was awesome we truly enjoyed waking up to the sound of the ocean. Close to everything. Would definitely rent this condo again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was as described and well stocked. I really enjoyed having Cable since I no longer have it at home. You can't beat the location! You can walk to get ice cream or a quick bite at a pub. There are plenty of restaurants within 3 miles. If you are like me, and prefer to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas, you can do that easily in this location. The parking deck is right across this street, quick walk, and there is a LOT of parking. You don't have to try to squeeze in on the first floor, just keep going up and there is plenty of room. I would rent again.

The condo was really nice! It was so nice to have the beach right here and always pleasant to listen to the waves. The kitchen could use some pots and maybe a cookie sheet, but we made do with what we had and cooked dinner a couple times. We didn’t know there was a bike fest starting while we were here. The engines and the radios were so loud! The place is very nice and just about any store or restaurant is within a short drive.

The condo unit was a perfect match for what we needed. Clean, plenty of room and in a very good location.

Overall, we were pleased with this condo. We did spend the first couple hours cleaning the kitchen, dining and living area. We pay a cleaning fee and expect to find it clean. This was disappointing. The other thing we were surprised about was the lack of pots, pans, and general cooking items. We stayed for a month and did not go out to eat every night. It was difficult to cook, bake, or use the microwave. There was an over abundance of glasses, but only 3 wine glasses. The owner should really go through the kitchen to see the condition of the pans, etc especially fir renting long term during off season.

This condo was great! Perfect location, great beach access, and great views. Plenty of room. Only issue we had was the queen beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Would highly recommend.

This beachfront property was clean, well-equipped and offered an amazing beachfront view from the expansive 6th-floor balcony. The unit was exactly as depicted in the VRBO listing. We will definitely consider this unit for future visits to North Myrtle Beach.

By far my favorite place to be!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We had just lost a sister weeks before, and needed some time to recover. We were not disappointed. Highly recommend this property.

My sister and I stayed her for a week. The condo was exactly as described. We did a lot of cooking dinners in, so the pots and pans were adequate. We did have to improvise some as pots were lacking. The balcony was great, so roomy anddining outside and playing cards.
