Large & Beautiful Vacation Suite w/Balcony Bay Views, Shared Pool, Central AC

I hate to complain about the TV but there were two rooms where we could not get the TV to work. People like the TV before they go to bed and wake up in the morning. All and all a great place to stay.

We booked this unit pretty last minute and didn’t know what to expect. There were 3 17 year olds and 2 adults. When we got there we realized we had our own parking spots right by the door and pretty much our own elevator. The elevator went to only a few units that seemed to be separate from the rest of the units. The unit itself was fully stocked and very comfortable. It had beach accessories and 2 carts so we didn’t have to carry everything in our hands. The pool was in a great location right on the bay. And there is even a little beach area to access the bay. As for my kids, they were able to walk places and explore since it was in a central location. We loved the unit and its proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely book this for next year.

We truly loved and enjoyed the condo and our stay during the Classic Car Show days at OCMD. Will definitely return if available for future stays. Gorgeous condo in a perfect location. So glad we found Bella Sun 201a!

Absolutely loved the location of this property. Enjoyed the pool and amenities it had to offer. They even had a nice selection of games to play. They provide a nice starter package of things such as soap, detergent, towels and sheets.

Our grandsons are old enough to walk many to many nearby places - including the beach, restaurants and candy stores.

First let’s start with check in. They text u the code to get into the unit and give u an address to go there but no code to the front door. Come to find out on the Vacasa listing it says you have to go do a different address first. This is where they gave u the front door code. Like why not just text that as well? So we get the code and pull up to the unit parking. Come to find out someone was parking in one of the spaces. The lady was by her car. So I said nicely excuse me you are in our parking spot. The lady VERY Nastily said I am with Vacasa inspecting your room! Like ok how would I know her vehicle was not marked as an employee of Vacasa. All I said is excuse me your in our spot and she jumped down our throat…. After that issue we un packed the car and unlocked the front door to the lobby. Holly heck what a Horrible smell. The lobby smelled so bad it almost makes you want to puke. No joke it was horrible. That smell NEVER WENT AWAY. It even lingers in the upstairs hallway to the 3 condos… now inside the condo. Master bath broken toilet seat. Kitchen and bunk bed room had ants and the bathroom in the hallway well the toilet float sticks so when u flush you have to take the lid off and manually fill the toilet.. over all this is the worst place we staid at..

Bella Sun was in the middle of it all. The condo was clean, in walking distance to many restaurants, seacrets, the dock where one of our boat excursions were. The pool was clean. Would highly recommend this location and would book again.

The unit was very clean and well equipped. Starter package in kitchen was a nice touch. We appreciated the gift card found in the binder and enjoyed a nice dinner at the Tap House. More detailed instructions on the televisions would be helpful. One used Roku, one Amazon Firestick. The elevator is small and there are no luggage carts available so plan on multiple trips when unpacking and packing to leave. Overall a very nice unit with beautiful sunset views.
