Large apartment with Roof terrace and Private parking space at low cost

Great location. Close to attractions, but in a local neighborhood. Quaint and quiet. Right below is a great coffee bar and breakfast cafe. Being a tourist without the tourists.

The host responded quickly to each little question and the apartment was very clean and spacious, right upstairs from a greta little cafe and breakfast place. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for making that possible!

Simon was a wonderful host and the apartment was rather comfortable and clean. Couldn't have asked for more.

Host was very good at communication. There was parking available for a reasonable additional fee about a block away. There was a fantastic coffee shop downstairs and a breakfast restaurant and some excellent nearby restaurants. Ubers were very reasonably priced in the area.We would stay there again for sure. Host was excellent with communication. The unit is in very good shape and seems well maintained.

The flat was very spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed during our visit. The location was good—close to two metro stops—and we relied on the bus and metro every day to get around easily.One of our favorite touches was the collection of puzzles in the flat. With the cold weather outside, they created some nice family time. We even added one we brought from home and left it behind to contribute to the collection.The breakfast/lunch spot downstairs is excellent and highly recommended, and the coffee shop next door quickly became part of our daily routine—a relaxing, welcoming place to start the day or take a break.

Awesome host! Parking was a little tricky but after doing it once, we were fine. Very responsive and respectful host and GREAT apartment.

Property is exactly as seen in photos. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. We arrived after dark, check in was easy with no issues also the host was able to accommodate a little later check out for us. The location is convenient with a small market, coffee house and restaurants just down stairs. There is easy access to many areas in downtown Montreal via walking, bus, uber or taxi. We were very comfortable staying here and would absolutely stay again if in Montreal. Thank you Simon!

Great location!! 15 minute walk to Ild Montreal plus a 5 or 10 minute walk to the metro stations! St Catherine street was pretty much just outside the door. Felt safe walking even later into the evening! Simon was quick to reply anytime I messaged him!! If we ever get a chance to return, we’d try to book here again!!

Ample space with kitchen and washer/dryer. Walking distance to Old Montreal. Close to metro stations and restaurants/stores.

It’s was great

The property is perfect for a week in Montréal. It is clean, modern and well appointed. There is a pedestrian only street at the corner, with five blocks of shopping and restaurants. There is another pedestrian only street four blocks away. There are at least 50 restaurants within a half mile. It is a 15 minute walk to the river, a 20 minute walk to Old Montréal and a 45 minute walk to Mount Royal. There is a full supermarket two blocks away and another five blocks away. Olympic Park is a 50 minute walk. All of the walking is through safe and beautiful neighborhoods. There are movie theaters, comedy clubs and concert venues within walking distance. We rented a car, and took advantage of the very rare downtown parking space. Next time back, I don’t see the need for a car. Simon was a pleasure to deal with. Check in was easy. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great base from which to explore Montréal.

We had such a wonderful stay in this great apartment. So much space, clean and well appointed. We were close to coffee shops, parks and restaurants. We relaxed on the rooftop terrace. Such a friendly friendly neighborhood.

Great location, short metro or bus ride to downtown and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants just steps away. The IGA market was 5 minutes walk and a great selection so highly recommend. The apartment was exactly as listed and has air conditioning which was brilliant as temperature hit 34 degrees one day. I was surprised to see everything was supplied, soap, shampoo, dishwasher powder, paper towels and plenty of cops, glasses and dishes too. I highly recommend as a great base for a trip to see Montreal which is a fantastic town to see. One last highlight, if you are a Formula 1 fan you can go to the Circuit on the metro and walk around the whole track, the 768 bus that you get from the metro actually drives on the circuit so really unique experience and made our trip

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The living room is especially large and comfortable, and both bedrooms had cozy beds. Everything you need is provided, from dishes and towels to shampoo, conditioner, and even some basic seasonings—you can just show up and settle in. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of all the action Montreal has to offer. Old Town is just a pleasant 20-minute walk away, and the metro is nearby if you want to explore further. There are several great breakfast spots and excellent restaurants right around the corner. I’m already thinking about my next trip to Montreal, and I’d absolutely stay here again!

This property was in the perfect location, many great restaurants within walking distance, and a fantastic breakfast spot right downstairs. It was a large, clean apartment that met our needs perfectly.

Our stay in this property was amazing! The space was beautiful and spacious. It was in a convenient location for our planned sightseeing, and a few blocks away from a wonderful ice cream shop. The breakfast place downstairs also was great.

Spacious, functional and very responsive hosts. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to alternate our many nights out at restaurants owned by friends old and new with meals we prepared from great Quebecois products from marches Jean Talon and Atwater. The one issue with a door lock was resolved almost immediately. Would love to return for anther stay.

Whenever I am in Montreal, I try to stay in these apartments/condos. There is a 2nd and 3rd floor option and the rooftop terrace is a nice extra. Communication has always been easy. Check-in is as well. Place is always clean. Great host. Highly reccommend.

Propert itself was wonderful, great amenities, host was fantastic. We would choose a different neighborhhod in the future because we are a family with an 11 year old daughter and the neighborhood had sexually explicit advertising/signage/language and clientele. Nothing negative about the property or host.

Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need; it has everything along with some condiments, salt, pepper, other spices, shampoo, conditioner. Electric Car charging station across the street, breakfast restaurant on ground floor, IGA supermarket mins walk, downtown centre and Old Port 25 min leisurely walk. While there is no TV Cable service, there are plenty of Apps to keep you entertained. Communication with host Simon was constant and efficient and we received our check in and parking details 2 days before travel. Completely loved our stay and highly recommend.

We found the apartment clean and as advertised. A slight problem with the check-in process was addressed and fixed immediately. My family found the apartment spacious and cozy. We found the proximity to the Metro to be the greatest advantage of staying here.

We all decided that the apartment was just right for our weekend in Montreal -- it was quiet, clean and well-located. It was wonderful to have all the space, and the checkin was simple and straightforward. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment served us exactly how we needed it to! Clean, quiet and very convenient. Loved the short walk to the Berri-UQAM station (green, orange and yellow lines all right there), and the very reason we booked this apt to begin with. This made access to the greater city so very easy. The tasty restaurant and coffee shop just below the apartment were pleasant and convenient surprises. An IGA (grocery) and pharmacy are right around the corner too. Communication with the owner was always prompt and helpful. The parking for our car was one block over, but close enough, and seemed safely parked there. We would definitely stay here again.

Great spot. Super clean. Owners were lovely. Metro station very close and gives access to all sorts of cool spots in MTL.

This apartment is in the heart of the Village, and it walking distance to lots of entertainment and amenities (coffee, restaurants, groceries, more). It’s just a 20 min walk to the Old Port district, or a 5 min Uber. The entrance to the unit is secure and shared with one other unit, also owned by the same host. The host is very responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly. Even though it is a busy area, the nightlife was not too loud for us. Would recommend!

So easy to find. Very accurate description of the property. Roof deck was key for the fireworks watching. We frenched it up while we were there. Loved it!

We enjoyed the apartment, especially the roof terrace. The apartment was clean and comfortable, acess was easy, and Simon responded right away to the few questions we had. Some instructions on how to operate the television would have been helpful. We don't usually watch TV on vacation, but we did want to see the Olympics opening ceremony.
