Large apartment with Roof terrace and Private parking at low cost

Spacious, clean unit in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the Metro. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Definitely would stay again.

Having a washer was handy. The rooftop terrace was convenient for smoking. The bed was big enough but could be more comfortable. Well stocked kitchen

Super-close to Rue St. Catherine and the Metro, 20 min walk to le Vieux Montreal, millions of eateries walking distance, big open living space, quiet for downtown, great winter price, all the amenities required, Simon the landlord is great, we were there for 8 days and Montreal completely rocked!

We had a great stay. The unit was a very nice size for a family of 4, the host was very responsive and we had a great time. Good location as well!

The parking did not appear to be safe or accessible for a small to med size car. Parking is not at the vrbo property. It is several blocks away through a sketchy part of town. Then down a very narrow alley.

We had a great stay at this apartment for exploring Montreal. It was located near two metro stations and there was a great breakfast restaurant located beneath us and plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner in the Village. It was a vibrant and lively neighborhood especially at the weekend. The apartment was clean, light and airy and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils and there was a washer and dryer which was very useful. The main living area is an open plan layout which was nice when hanging out and cooking. Please note there are two sets of stairs when entering the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and thank you to our host Simon. It was a pleasure staying in your apartment.

This space was very clean and spacious with all the dishes, pots and pans to cook meals. The host responded quickly to my queries. The furniture was comfortable although the beds are on the small size, perhaps doubles? Also the beds felt quite hard. It was great to have a patio but it was accessed through one of the bedrooms and up a fire escape. The location was wonderful, easy to walk to many sights and also near the Metro station.

Very nice apartment. Appears to have been recently upgraded. Well provisioned kitchen. Comfortable beds with nice soundproof windows for quiet sleep.

Great location, close to Rue Saint-Catherine. Off street parking totally worth the up charge. Nice view from the rooftop deck.

Really spacious which was great for our family of four.

The apartment is super comfortable and roomy but the neighborhood really makes it special. Ethnic food everywhere, a sweet coffee shop downstairs and a cafe too. It happened to be Gay Pride Week and we so enjoyed the festivities. The rooftop was a soecial bonus.

Great location and comfortable stay! Our family of 5 including a 3yo toddler had a grand time at this house. There's so much happening in and around the neighborhood but the house is so quiet! Great dinner options too. we love keela for dinner! Alejandro for brunch! Thanks

Very spacious apartment, great part of town, and perfect for our family. Simon has two apartments and our daughter and son in law were in one and our granddaughter was with us. Made for a very pleasant trip for all.

The apartment is perfect for a visit to Montreal - spacious, comfortable and clean, and we love the roof deck. The check-in process and access was effortless. The stairs leading to the apartment are rather dingy, but that is a really minor point. This was our second time staying in the apartment and we would definitely stay here again. Also close to the metro, SAQ and some very good restaurants.

What a great experience. The apartment was very well equipped and in a good area for exploring the city. Simon was very good at communication throughout the process. Very ,very nice apartment.

The rental was in good condition and very spacious. We enjoyed the property. We found the best way to walk to Old Montreal was through the shopping/food streets since they are always populated. Homelessness is a problem in many cities, so staying in the populated areas made us feel safer.

Such a great spot if you’re looking to be in the heart of everything. The apartment is huge, clean and in a great location to access all the spots of Montreal. A couple minutes to the train station, 30 min walk to a lot of other spots. Only thing I would add is the noise from the village / pedestrian street was audible later at night, thankfully however everything was quiet after 11pm. The host was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this rental.

We loved this location. So close to the Metro and many, many restaurants. You have to be willing to climb steps for this property, but it's so worth it when you get there. There's a spiral staircase to the roof deck that isn't for the faint of heart, but the views of the bridge at night with the light show, fantastic! The apartment is large and so clean!! Many small details made this so welcoming like providing a scent free laundry detergent and providing clean and fresh linens. Loved it here!

The space was great! Clean, spacious, and secure. I also appreciated the parking nearby. Lots of food options nearby, within walking distance. Host was responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would reccomend to anyone visiting the Montreal area!

This property is as advertised - clean and bedrooms were quiet. There are two flights of stairs to enter the apartment. The location is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. It is conveniently located near two Metro stations. We couldn’t use the parking spot since there had been a snowstorm, but Simon was easy to communicate with. O’Thym was a great birthday night out and the breakfast places on the block were great. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I were on vacation (with a bit of required remote work) on our first visit to Montreal. We enjoyed this property tremendously. The open concept kitchen & living room was a treat with the well thought out upgrades & modern finishes. Super clean, quiet, and easy to uber to our various locations we'd planned to visit throughout our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this two bedroom, one bath apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. We ate breakfast daily right next door, and that was delicious. No problems at all, would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is wonderful - very walkable to shops, restaurants, the Metro, etc. - and the host Simon is incredibly helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend and would love to return!

We had a great visit to Montreal and loved staying here. It was our first time, and check in was super easy and the place was bright and comfortable. We walked everywhere from here, including Old Montreal, museums, pastry shops and downtown. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and apartment, with thoughtful extras of things people might forget to bring. Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We were surprised how spacious it is considering its location in the heart of the Village, 15-20 min walk to Old Port/Old Montreal, 3 min to subway station. Roof top terrace is a nice bonus. The apartment is great for a family with couple kids or 2 couples. Definitely recommend. Communication with Simon was great. Instructions are clear. We had everything we needed.
