The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located in The Cove at Glenns Bay Community. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking home. Do not smoke on the patio and only smoke in areas away from the home.



This is a personally owned townhouse and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Parking on the road is not allowed and may result in a fine from the HOA, however there is an overflow parking area if you cannot fit in the driveway.

Trailers are not permitted anywhere on the property.
