Stayed May 21, 2025I could not have been more pleased with our stay at The Palms! Rick was so accommodating and wanted to be sure that we were happy with all aspects of the condo. It meant a lot for him to meet us at check in to assure that we were pleased and to answer any questions we might have. The unit itself was cleaner than any have ever stayed in! It was stocked with all the supplies one might need for the week. I would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future!

Stayed Apr 8, 2025The condo was perfect for our spring break. It was great location right across from beach and next to Publix. The owners Rick and Karin were very responsive and even were kind enough to make sure they had a stroller and life vest for our 2 year old son. The condo had everything we needed for a beach or pool day. We would return to this condo if ever in the area again.

Stayed Mar 8, 2025The hosts, location, accommodations, and condo were great. The hosts made sure we had plenty of spices, pans, laundry soap, etc. They provided everything, including beach towels, beach wagon, umbrella and toys for the grandkids who stayed for awhile.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024This condo is very clean and super well-stocked. The neighborhood is very walkable - Publix is next door and the beach is across the street. Lots of good restaurants close by. The owners are very kind, accommodating and hands-on; answering any questions quickly and providing good recommendations for food, etc. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Their condo had everything our family could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. It was very clean, great location and short distance to a beautiful beach. Cannot wait to go back!

Stayed May 23, 2024We loved this property. The location was beautiful and an easy walk to the beach with a newborn, 1 and 3 year old. The owners made this trip so easy for us which is what easily gives this property a “leg up” on other properties we have stayed at previously in the area. We will definitely make a trip back!
