Large 1B1B Unit - Pool Side - Surf Song #229

Great location if the bathroom would had been cleaned the way it should have and the shower water would had gone down the right way would have gave all five stars

The property is in a great location. Nice pool, beautiful beach. Loved walking the beach every morning. The staff was very nice. Johns pass is right across the street for shopping, dinner, drinks and water tours.The condo could use some updating but the kitchen had everything you should need. Beds and living room furniture were comfortable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love staying at the Surf Song. It's kind of old school and has a nice vibe. Unfortunately my room #229 has not been kept up to date. I don't expect a lot but the beds in it are terrible. they actually made my back and sides sore. You would think that they could put some good mattresses in the rooms to make it more enjoyable. They also have a ceiling fan in the bedroom that barely works and has a sign on the wall that says it only works on low speed. It's a little absurd that they won't even put a cheap fan up that works properly !!! The bottom of the door in the bathroom is all tattered. It would be nice if they took a little pride in there unit. Now it's up for sale again and will probably be sold to another owner that doesn't care about how it looks either. Sadly I will not be staying there any longer. I like the Surf Song but you don't know what your going to get from one condo to the other.

Every room is dated and need to be renovated and refurnished. Dawn should not interact with the public.

Reviewer Comments: BAD EXPERIANCE Roofers replacing the roof above our condo Constant noise all day for three wks. roofing material and debri all over the patio area where we sit and stand Filthy mess around our door all one told us about the mess until the day we got there.Room sat empty for three days before we got there yet the room was not ready upon our arrival.People doing constrution in the apt down from us until 8 and 9 oclock at night.Tking a shower one morning and the water was turned off without notifying us.
