Everything was great!

Our family stays at Treasure Island just about every summer, and Lands End is our favorite location. The complex is gated and has many amenities to offer including an awesome swimming pool. We love this particular building due to its proximity to both the Gulf and the Blind Pass. You’re literally right next to the water and can watch manatees and dolphins from the comfort of your balcony. We have stayed in several units within this development, and this unit did not disappoint. Everything was as described, nicely updated and very comfortable. This unit was also very clean, and we didn’t have any issues at all. Resort Rentals was easy to deal with and answered any questions that we had in a prompt manner. They also provided a great starter kit with some basic necessities (trash bags, dish soap toilet paper, paper towels etc.). One thing to consider is that you do need to provide your own beach chairs etc., as there is no beach service/rental available for this stretch of the beach. Based on previous reviews, I wasn’t sure if this particular unit included any beach chairs for our use, but we were pleasantly surprised to find that it had chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our use — super helpful. The beach is beautiful, pretty quiet and spacious, as it is reserved for this condominium complex. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great but the smell of smoke was very bad for the first few days. It smelled like the previous renters had been smoking. It did air out towards the end of the week, but never went away completely.

The condo was located very close to some awesome bars and restaurants. The management company provided us with many emails on where to go for check in, what to expect. The condo had wifi. But the passwords we were first given did not work. I made a quick call to the management office and they got us on-line in no time with the correct passwords. Wonderful place, will be back again.

I think this is our 8th trip there in 10 yrs. not sure if we will stay there next time due to increases. almost 50% in a few yrs and now they charge per car too. will look at other options next time

Great location with spectacular views, very clean and updated appartment. Loved it!!

Could not have asked for a better vacation. The condo was so comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped, except could use some wooden/ plastic utensils for cooking! The scenery was great! Going to sleep listening to the water on the rocks was soothing, as was drinking morning coffee watching dolphins and boats go by. Being so close to the beach was awesome too. I will definitely rent this condo next year!! Thank you!
