Lands End Gulf Front Third Floor Corner Condo in Ideal Treasure Island! The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo that offers all of the conveniences of home: 3 Flat screen cable TVs, DVD players, free wireless high-speed internet, linens, and bath towels, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, disposal; iron/ironing board and clothes washer and dryer. Free Parking - Gated Community Note: PER THE ASSOCIATION, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A ONE-TIME $50.00 PARKING/RESORT FEE FOR YOUR STAY. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY - NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU HAVE A SECOND CAR, THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $50.00 PARKING FEE FOR THE STAY. IF YOU HAVE A GUEST VISIT AT ANY TIME DURING YOUR STAY, THEY TOO WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $10 PARKING FEE FOR THE DAY. GUESTS MUST DEPART BY 11:00 PM. Gulf Front - Lands End is located at the southernmost tip of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island, surrounded by the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico on three sides. This luxury resort condo includes 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a 24-hour security guardhouse with a gated entry and many other amenities, including an enormous heated pool, a poolside spa, newly renovated shuffleboard and volleyball courts, a large and fully-equipped fishing deck, and two tennis courts with a court-side gazebo. The community is also wrapped in a well-maintained wooden boardwalk that provides long scenic walks with amazing views at every turn!

Treasure Island got its name from an early hotel owner who buried and discovered a couple of wooden chests on the beach. The hotelier claimed that the chests were filled with treasure. News of the discovery spread quickly, and people began calling the area Treasure Island.

Treasure Island is adjacent to St. Petersburg and central to everything. Treasure Island`s three miles of white sandy beaches, pristine waters, welcoming vintage hotels, and unique restaurants attract visitors worldwide. Go swimming, shelling, sunning, snorkeling, parasailing, bird and dolphin watching, or simply walk the beach and watch an amazing sunset. Walk the mile-long Treasure Island Beach Trail for convenient access to the motels, restaurants, and bars that make up the heart of this incredible destination!

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

    We have stayed in a total of 3 different condos in our last four years of staying at Lands End and this was our favorite! The condo was beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing and the balcony had comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances as well as the washer and dryer. The bathrooms were beautiful and very clean. The master bedroom was spacious with a separate large vanity and sink area from the toilet and shower. Very comfortable furniture in the living room and soft, thick carpet throughout. There were also several comfortable chairs as well as umbrellas for use on the beach. One of our pool key cards wasn’t working and we had wonderful, attentive communication with the rental company who resolved the issue quickly and followed up with us to make sure that it had been taken care of. The only negative during our stay was the noise from the construction on the roof which was a necessary and temporary inconvenience due to the hurricane last year. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent here again!

    The condo was well kept and comfortable. Very clean and came with starter supplies. Some say it is outdated but i think it had an at home feel to it. And has a lot of charm! Exactly what we needed for our beach stay. Great view of the ocean. Calm and relaxing end of the beach!

    Condo was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the under building parking to keep the car cool. Quick steps out to a beautiful beach used by only residents of the condos. Would definitely stay again! Property mgmt company was very responsive with an issue. The front door lock broke and they had a locksmith out there in a short period of time. Much appreciated!

    Million dollar views and only steps away from the beach. Breathtaking sunsets and the sounds of the waves crashing puts us to sleep each night. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.

    In all a great vacation with a minor bump with a leaky shower head in one of the wash rooms which was repaired the following day. However the place is in need of a update.
