Land's End 401 building 1 Top Floor with Gulf Views|Across from Pool!

I didnt like the elevators out . That kept me lock in caise stairs were alot. Eslecially to carry things. Didnt do most anyrhing i normally would have becuae of that. That was a huge negative. I honestly felt like i should get discount on next amstay because i was not imformed also pool was closed half the stay. Barely supplies provided and not really happy about cleaning fees. That place was practically spottles after we left owr requirements.

Room was older and needed upgrading tub drain was broke toilet seat was loose furniture was old next time we would like one of the newer units overlooking the ocean the complex was great quiet and safe no problems at all. People were saving chairs and tables at the pool and they were gone to the beach are out to eat somebody has to every hour check this And take the materials from the chairs and tables but the pool was great

Enjoyed all aspects of the property.

The best thing about this condo is the location to Sunset Beach which is literally less than 500 steps away. But, for the price paid I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the overall condition of the unit. It is very dated and the wear is pretty apparent, especially living room furniture and kitchen. The place needs a renovation, but I still love the Lands End condo complex. The grounds are very well maintained and pool area is great.

The pool and other amenities were wonderful. The condo (Building 1 unit 401) itself was was payed out well and had a great view. Being across from the pool was very convenient and it was surprisingly quiet. It was a little outdated, which we didn’t mind. Everything seemed to work fine as well. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bathroom could use some extra attention. It was not cleaned well (we found someone’s medication on the floor next to the toilet, the shower grout had mold, there was a shower pad in the bottom of the tub that needed very much to be replaced, and the shower head needed to be replaced as it had a lot of gross looking build up on it). We will definitely stay at the complex again but probably pick a different unit until the bathroom issues are fixed. If they are fixed then we will stay in that condo again because overall it was ok.

The property and room were exactly as listed. We had an amazing vacation and will be returning in the future!

However, I do feel the condo I stayed in could use some updating and deep cleaning. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom sink did not drain well and stuff just looks worn out. I will return to Land's End, but will look for a different condo to rent. Just sad to say this about the one I stayed in. I enjoy the location.
