It was wonderful, the only slight issue (and it is only slight!) is that the bottom sheet was too small for the mattress

We stayed in building 1-303 for 8 days. Upon arrival it was very nice, easy check in process. The tub was dirty but everything else seemed well maintained. Closet had everything we needed for the beach. Overall, great stay and would recommend to anyone

Comfortable. Beautiful location and property. We will be back. Please look at the dish towels provided and do not supply guests with ones that look like someone washed their dirty car with them. I asked for new ones or at least cleaner ones and go 1 clean and 1 in the same described shape as above. Management very responsive but check out portal would not work for me. Property VERY clean and well kept. Rules were not enforced as far as saving pool chairs. Pool big and nice. Loved the Boardwalk around the property.

Our unit was very cute. We enjoyed our visit. The only drawback was the kitchen was lacking in the quality of dishes, flatware and pots and pans.

First, the positives: Great location out of the hustle and bustle The room had been cleaned very well Plenty of towels for my wife and myself Several beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and coolers in the unit Very large pool and pool area with bath house Very short walk to the beach Close to John's Pass and St. Pete Beach activities The negatives: Communication from Resort Rentals was lacking. They kept telling me to check my junk mail (nothing there). I had the rental agreement link re-sent, and when I clicked it, it said I had already signed. Finally received the info via VRBO message as I was changing planes, to my relief. Property wise, ants everywhere in the condo. The exterminator sprayed the kitchen and bath, but the ants didn't care. They are apparently nocturnal, as we mostly saw them at night, when we would do battle with them. We enjoyed the stay and tolerated the ants. All in all, a good stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at Lands End. The property is beautiful and the pool and hot tub are perfect. We stayed is building 1 Condo 303. I was very disappointed with it. The furniture and contents are outdated. There was a mismatch of kitchen utensils and bowls. There was nothing you could use to store food. The comforter on the bed appears to have not been washed in a long time. When we pulled it off the bed, there was hair on the flat sheet. We had to was the sheets before we could use them. I realize this is a rental but when you are paying $900 a week and the fact that most guests are not able to bring much more than clothes, I would expect the condo to be equipped. We will definitely come back to Lands End but we will never stay in this condo again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: unfortunately we were not happy with this Appartement. At our Arrival it was very dirty especialy the kitchen. Dishes were dirty and the dish washer had old Food rests in it. after complaining it was getting cleaned by the cleaning worker but not properly so we had to clean the dishes and the dish washer by ourself. The furniture is old and should be replaced. The washer and tumbler were very dirty too and could not be cleaned. All the washed clothes were still dirty and full of dryer lint. The Rest was working. We stayed for 3 weeks and were happy about the Location and the beache that was very nice and clean. But we can not recommend the Appartement to friends or relatives. We would come back but not in this building.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This family vacation with two teens was planned very quickly with not much time to look into the Treasure Island area. This unit was the only one left. It was too small for four of us, with two teens of different genders, but we managed. The sleep sofa was very uncomfortable despite having a new mattress. The furnishings in general need updating. The two living room chairs are not in good condition, the sofa ok. The closet space is generous. The site does not have enough photos of the unit and none of the bathroom, which is fine, just older. The kitchen is older, but everything worked and there is plenty of cabinet space. The little balcony overlooks the parking lot, the pool beyond that, and then the ocean. The pool and ocean are partial views. I would have loved a unit directly on the ocean and an updated unit in general, but if they cost more I would say don't bother- this was ok. I loved the boardwalk, which is public, right outside the development. The views and nature are wonderful. The beach is fairly private and was quiet our entire stay- the shelling wonderful, but clearly popular with collectors. Yes, we saw dolphins. The pool is big and clean and the temperature just fine, could have been beef is with the supposed 24 hour security- the security guard does not stay at the entry gate. He has other duties and rides around on a golf cart carrying a walkie talkie. He buzzed people in remotely. The only thing we found to do nearby was John's Pass a few miles away- it has shops, restaurants, an arcade my kids liked, and a boardwalk. The main strip Gulf Blvd, has cheap motels and vacation cottages. Lands End is by far the nicest condo. The condo next to us, Mansions by the Sea, rents only for a minimum of one month. By the way- anyone can enter the Lands End property from the beach- there are just NO TRESPASSING signs. I didn't however see anyone who looked like they didn't belong.
