We enjoyed our stay in unit 204 of building 3 at Lands End. The condo was the best equipped condo we have rented in our many years of travel. The hosts thought of and provided all of the essentials as well as many extras. The view was great!

We had a perfect stay at this property. Very comfortable! The property manager was very responsive to a couple inquiries I made as I booked my stay. The listing was a bid deceptive as it did not mention or address the impact and damage the hurricane, two months prior to my booking, had on the grounds and amenities.

We had an amazing week in this condo and are already planning to visit again next year! Land’s End is a wonderful place to stay and this condo was perfect! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and great location! Kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need and the beach chairs and beach items were also great! Thank you for an amazing place to stay for our vacation!!!

Loved the location. Beautiful beach, nice pool and hot tub. Condo was nicely decorated, comfortable beds, had everything we needed. Not a big deal but would suggest to owners to have some salt, sugar, dishwasher sponge and laundry detergent at the condo. Not a huge expense but makes a stay more convenient for your guests. The bar across canal has live music every night. We actually liked the music. If you prefer quiet nights keep the balcony door closed, it muffles most of the noise. Lots of wild life at the beach, we saw some dolphins, pelicans, white egrets, blue heron, and many other smaller birds. If you’re going to fish, you will make friends with the egrets and herons.

First time visiting the area. We stayed in Building 3-204. The condo was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. This condo was on the bay side and I thought I was going to be disappointed that we didn’t opt for a gulf view. I was completely wrong, the bay did not disappoint at all! We got to enjoy live music from our balcony most nights from the restaurant across the water. The bay was crystal clear. We were able to see crabs, fish, and even dolphin! The locals bring their dogs to the small “beach” area. We enjoyed watching them having fun on the beach and in the water. All the dogs were friendly and well behaved. Made us miss our pup back at home! Overall the area is very quiet and away from the crowds. We did need the car to get around, we did not find any stores or restaurants within walking distance. There were times when we were the only family on the beach or in the pool! The gulf side is very beautiful but the sand area is smaller than most beaches I’ve been to and has tons of shells. Nevertheless, it was beautiful and relaxing.

We love staying at Lands End, we have stayed there multiple times the past 6 years. It is the absolute best property. Normally everything booked through resort rentals is super clean and accurately described. However this condo must be the exception. Floors were only swept not mopped and I mean barely swept. Master bath needs a complete makeover, shower curtain had mildew, corners of tub had hair and dirt. The ceiling fan in the master we didnt even use since it was full of dust. All baseboards probably haven’t been touched since move in. It could issue some paint as well in the entire condo, it is showing it’s age. Those things we got around, however the washer dryer stained our load of clothes brown that we had to throw out, and for the week the 2nd bath/washer dryer area smelled like a sewer, it to mention we found caterpillars coming from the drain in the 2nd bath and around washer area. Resort rentals must’ve went cheap with cleaning now. We will be back to lands end for sure, but now a little concerned with going through resort rentals again, hoping this was just an anomaly.

We enjoyed our vacation very much! This is a great space for 2 to 4 people. We love Lands End and this was one of our favorite units. We were very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the inlet. We would definitely stay here again!

Very cutely decorated home. Wonderful views of the sound and lively band on weekends across the street. Saw manatees and dolphins. Caught hammerhead sharks, sting ray, catfish, etc. Right from the area in front of the balcony. Could use an extra pan in the home, as there was only one frying pan. Everything was lovely. I will only warn that they have pretty strict hot tub and pool rules and there was one staff member at the gate that was not friendly at the gate, nor about the rules. As someone whose used to laid back not strict myrtle beach condos, this was an adjustment. My kids recommend adding a basketball court. Haha. But seriously loved it and plan to be back!
