Lanai Village Two Bedroom Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great communication with the host. While it is a bit outdated, it was still very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was definitely a highlight! Such a nice spot to relax and unwind. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Everything was as described and very clean. Easy to check in and check out. Communicative host.

Positive: The view from the balcony of the pool was awesome whether day or night, condo was quiet, beds comfortable, host communicated often prior to our arrival. The condo was convenient to family and friends.Negative: Condo needs significant updating. When we walked in was very musty/damp smelling, patio screen doors kept falling off the track, dead bugs in kitchen fluorescent light, ice machine did not work, burned out light bulbs, needed instructions on how to use tv, we never figured it out. Bathtubs all cracked, surprised water isn't leaking into downstairs unit. The stairs very dangerous especially when damp, you could not see the difference from the landings and adjacent steps, a yellow or white strip on step adjacent to landing would be helpful.

Tyson was fast to respond and answer all of my questions. We stayed for 2 days to attend a family wedding. The bed in the master bed room was firm and comfortable as well as the bedding. There was a tall isolating fan that i used bc I'm used to sleeping with a fan in so i was greatful for that. The a/c pumps and gets nice the place nice and cool. The makeup vanity in the master room came in great use for my daughter and I to get ready for the wedding. There's a beautiful view of the pool from the living room and master room. The balcony is big and had enough of chairs for us to sit. The place comes equipped with an antique!.... A RCA cassette player I only wish that i had a tape to show my daughter our struggle back in the day There's a Rouses supermarket less than 10 minutes away. I bought us some breakfast from there and I have to say that the waffles were everything I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderdul stay here. Owner very easy to get a hold of with quick responses. Check in was easy. Great view of the pool and water felt amazing. Very nice neighbor in bottom unit. Easy access to I-10, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful lanscaping all around the complex. Lots of people walk their dogs here so it was so cute to see the neighbors with their dogs hanging out chatting. All in all great stay and would recommend highly.

This was an amazing place with so much fun. Its a quiet place with nice people.

We had such a great time for the weekend. Plenty of space and perfect distance from the club house that we were able to walk there.

The condo needs a deep cleaning and the removal of dead insects (roaches).

We loved the neighborhood we stayed in and the downstairs neighbor was very friendly and helpful

We have stayed many times over the last 20 years in many different units. We knew pretty much what to expect. This was one of the best for area.
