Sunshine Oaks is a well-kept one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located in Diamondhead's Molokai Village — about one hour away from New Orleans and Biloxi and close to Bay St. Louis, where you can gamble, hang out at the many restaurants and bars, hit the beach, or take a ferry to Ship Island.

Newly renovated, at Sunshine Oaks you will find all the comforts of home and a central location. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, golf trip, or vacation with the family.

Inside Sunshine Oaks, there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a flatscreen Smart TV. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. The living room is full of natural light and has two pull-out twin-size sofa beds, a flatscreen Smart TV, and a dining area and access to the bathroom as well.

The newly remodeled kitchen area has slate countertops, a refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, a dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig.

There is a back patio where you can relax in the Gulf breezes, and you are only steps away from a large in-the-ground pool!

We chose Sunshine oaks because of proximity to our grandson. Was a quick 15 min drive to get him for our daily visits. Sunshine oaks was the perfect size for my husband and I alone, but also roomy enough for our son daughter in law and grandson to hang out with us. I loved that the pool was so close to the unit, and clean! The area was very quiet and safe feeling. We will definitely recommend and stay again!

The fan remote would not turn the fan off. We had to use the switch. It turned it on but not off. Also the remote would not turn the fan light on or off.

The Condo was cozy and homey. The complex was quiet and nice. Only about 15-20 minutes from Long Beach. Super convenient to restaurants, gas stations, grocery store and CVS. Great location. Would definitely stay there again!
