Great location!

Very close to downtown and easy to walk to many things. Great space to hang out with family.

Location to shops, wineries and restaurants was perfect.

You could see the lake across the parking area and the road. It was nice despite being stormy most of the time. December not is the ideal time weather in MI

Overall the location is great and very close to downtown. We’ve stayed in several units in this complex over the years and this one was very basic. Many items need to be replaced as they’re showing lots of wear. It met or needs but was missing that extra comfort factor.

We enjoyed our stay in Traverse City. Hadn’t been to Traverse City before this stay. Location was great, awesome view from balcony and within walking distance to downtown and along the water front.

This was our 4th time staying here and recently booked it for our 5th next Summer. Wonderful location to not just explore the immediate center of Traverse City but other towns across the UP region. Communicating with Roy is always a pleasure.

The owner was amazing to work with. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. You cannot beat the location! It was walking distance to every thing. And the view was wonderful.

Great location, New flooring, tired furnisings, items in disrepair; (screen door, main closet slider, light bulb out in upstairs hallway). Passed guests items left on site in disarray. Noticed that the top of frig had not been wiped off in quite sometime. All glass surfaces were not clean. On top of all this, were welcomed by no paper towels to wipe things off.

So close to bike rentals, restaurants, shops and breweries. Easy to get in and out and understand what to do. Everything was great for a great 4 day vacation!

This condo was perfect for our2 night stay in Traverse City! There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The condo was clean and neat. We loved the location! We walked across the street to the park both nights to watch the sunset. The only issue we had was the screen door to the balcony was broke. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

This spot was perfect! We all came into town and participated in the Bayshore Marathon in TC. This location is great for any location with excellent views along the Bayshore. Easy access to downtown too.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to downtown and everything Traverse City has to offer. This was our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

The condo is very conveniently located and has great view. Communication was great and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. The living room set up is a little odd, but I think you can see that one couch doesn’t have armrests in the listing photos.

There were 5 of us in our party. This condo is nicely situated with a lovely view of the bay and close to downtown and restaurants. It was a great place to end a busy day with plenty of room and comfortable beds. It is located on the second floor with the bedrooms plus one bathroom on the third floor. It is stocked well with supplies including towels. If you're looking for a homey place to stay in while in Traverse City, this is it.

Great location, wonderful to stay with friends with plenty of space to hang out but still have room for privacy. Looks out on the water, not too loud. Few minutes walk to Front St. Bring filtered water and coffee if that is important to you.

Not sure if you could ask for a better location in Traverse City. Close enough to walk to town, but far enough where you won't risk any noise or busy comings and goings. Great views. The property is in need of updating. Everything was very worn. The floors were filthy, and dust could be found on almost every piece of furniture. The towels were nowhere to be found when we arrived and we ended up finding them in the dryer. All of the linens provided were threadbare. The screen to the porch was busted and we could not get out to enjoy it. Parking and access to the unit was great.

Location was perfect . Even though we were on the 2nd floor, there were no window treatments in the main living space. Water dept had to do work therefore, they turned the water off, in entire complex, for most of the day. Inconvenience. Obviously, that can’t fall on the mgr

We were able to get an early check in and the apartment had everything we needed to quickly get things ironed and ready for the wedding weekend.Loved watching the sailboats pass by from the balcony!

I went to take a shower on the first floor, and there were no towels. They were all up in the upstairs bathroom. All else good.

Everything was great with the condo. Just like listing said and in a great location. Manager was easy to get a hold of for questions.

Loved the condo and location. A little disappointed to find only enough dish detergent for one load, only a few paper towels left on the roll, no kitchen towel or sponges. There was also an ugly brown'ish stain on the quilt in the master bedroom. Other than that, it was a great place to spend our time in Traverse City.

Overall nice place to stay. I had bites on my arms after sleeping in bedroom next to dryer. Not master. No one else got any. Place was very nice, clean and easy to find. Liked that we could walk to beach and no keys needed. I would recommend your place and hope I can come back. Thank you.

This is our 3rd year in a row staying here and become our go to spot. The location is perfect, great communication from Roy; we could not ask for anything more.
