Laketown Wharf PCB, resort amenities, pools& restaurants onsite. Sleeps 6

This is a lovely condo - clean, nicely decorated/updated & convenient to the beach. The digital lock broke twice while we were there & we were locked out. The owner was very communicative to get it fixed, then replaced. A few more kitchen utensils would be helpful. Laketown Wharf could really use better maintenance and cleaning/updating of the property but overall the condo itself is a nice place to stay for PCB.

Would not recommend no beach view. IF you go take a beach wagon to help with loading and unloading luggage and walk to the beach. Beach is across the street. Don’t recommend especially 3rd floor

The property was listed as a two bedroom, which in my opinion was not the case. It had bunk bass in the hallway leading to a bathroom with a barn door, separating it from the main living area. The condo needed it major upgrades in cleanliness and repairs. The dishwasher didn’t work properly. The balcony had cigarette butts and ashes throughout. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms needed cleaning. Some of the furniture needed to be dusted off. Carpet seemed pretty clean as were the linens on the beds. Stoved work well as did the refrigerator, but the refrigerator needed an upgrade.

It was great! Definitely recommended!

Everything was great. She was a great host and would rerent the unit again. She always also very responsive.

Pools were very nice, however they started doing work on the splash pad on Sunday which was dirty and noisy.

Clean room,great location, we were on the 3rd floor and our parking was not easy to get to but other than that everything was good.

Condo pictures/ description are accurate. Bed is super comfortable. Would have given 5 star across the board except for the following areas that can be improved upon: the refrigerator is super loud and takes away from relaxation; no closet space to hang clothes only a couple of wire hangers to hang in bathroom; very limited toilet paper had to go to Walmart up the street; one very small pod of expired laundry detergent, whereas my family member in another condo was given ample laundry soap and dryer sheets; no garbage bags. Other than that I would give 5 stars across the board.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean and comfortable and the check in / out process was quick and smooth. Kerstin was very attentive for the entirety of our stay and had everything ready to go when we arrived! The location is great with Walmart just across the street and several places to eat within walking distance!

Great place to stay from the easy check in process, gorgeous condo, comfy beds, extra towels, kitchen full of supplies, and great views. Highly recommend this place! We will be back!!

Great location. Super clean. Amazing host that was excellent to work with!

We had a nice time at the Wharf. It was my mom, my daughter, and myself staying there. We had plenty of room for all of us and enjoyed the balcony along with the spacious living area. It had two full bathrooms so that was great so my mom could have her area while my daughter and I shared the other. A draw back was the air conditioning unit. It was very loud in the bunk bed area. It would wake me up throughout the night.

this place was perfect and we enjoyed it so much! it was very clean and felt like home for the week we were there.

We had a great time and the condo was in the perfect place for us to relax, get to the beach and restaurants.
