Review of the condo ! The TV in the living room didn’t work most of the time! Also the remotes in the living room and main bedroom are so sticky we had to use a napkin to hold them we tried cleaning them it just made it worse! The dishwasher has broken parts on the top so the rack is hard to move! The light switch falls of when you turn it on in the hall! The bed in the master bedroom is lumpy and noisy! I would love to sit in the living room and watch tv but all we can do is turn it off and on the other buttons don’t work! The furniture on the patio is very rusty and a leg is broken from the rust on one of the legs! I have to wonder if the owner ever comes here! When the maintenance person came about the air conditioning not working he checked the filter and it was so coated nothing could get thru it someone isn’t changing the filter regularly! Water pressure in the main bathroom is awful! The back of the couch is broken so we couldn’t sit there! No smart Tv in the main bedroom! There are no hotpads in the kitchen to remove anything from the oven there is only one hand towel and one dish cloth in the kitchen! I know this next part is not the condo owners fault but everyone should know the elevator situation is awful! There are 3 sets but at two of them only one works! It takes a very long time to get on an elevator because they are packed so if you are lucky enough that ones isnt too crowded you have to squeeze in with a lot of strangers! The property had a beautiful viewThe cleanliness needs to be improvedHad issues with parking when I got there at 2 AM not what I was expecting. I was tired from traveling didn’t need a 20 minute delay in getting in the parking garage because the parking was not taken care of before I got there.

Terrible for families. Especially bad for softball tournaments due to the elevators. Wait time was terrible. Elevator from ground floor to parking garage was broken. We had to walk up the ramp to the first floor of parking garage every single time we left- ridiculously dangerous. Two of our family members got stuck on regular elevator for 45 minutes requiring fire department to come release. Bracelets didn’t work for the pool area even after getting them “fixed”. Pull out sofa has seen it’s days and then some. Back of one couch was broken. Bare minimum cleaning done. Seriously meant for young adults only.

Overall, the condo was a great fit for our group—clean, spacious, and in a good location. However, the main room shower was a big disappointment with almost no water pressure, which made it hard to use. Also, check-in was delayed due to poor communication, which was frustrating after a long trip. Besides those issues, everything else was solid.

Overall great stay. Communication was a little hard with our host. Parking and bands and check in instructions were not very clear. But we were able to work it through and had a great experience.

Have a blast. Very clean!!
