Lakeside Waterfront Condo: On Lake Chelan, WIFI, Easy Lake Access

Well described property, location is phenomenal.Be careful of deck however, my kiddo got splinters sitting on it. There were also a family of bats that were living in the deck above the unit. While they didn’t come out or bother anyone, they did poop and we stayed away from the area of the deck where they were.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. We will definitely be back!

The location and privacy that this condo offers is unmatched. Great lawn for lounging and games, friendly neighbors for good conversation. Kitchen has everything that you need, host is courteous and helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Location is absolutely gorgeous and the unit was very clean.

The property is in an absolutely beautiful location right on Lake Chelan. It was quiet and very relaxing. However, we were unable to use the advertised boat ramp due to the lake being too low to safely launch or return kayaks to shore without damaging our boats or injuring ourselves. The boat ramp is also extremely slick with algae that hasn’t been addressed. The view from the deck is spectacular! But again be warned. The entire deck is riddled with dry rot. The railing is so rickety, it would likely fall off if you leaned against it. This rental needs some serious repair work to even be considered safe.

It wasn't as fancy or luxurious as other places at Lake Chelan, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice yard and patio. We had a convenient space to park our boat trailer at the top of the driveway, and only a short drive to the state park boat launch. Close proximity to SO many fantastic restaurants & wineries in Chelan and Manson.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was small but it certainly met all our needs. The boat ramp is really not usable for any larger vessels, as it is quite steep and drops off. But we went up the road 5 mins to the state park and launched our pontoon boat, so it really wasn’t an issue. We would certainly recommend the condo and we hope to return again soon!

We booked one place (above photos) but were redirected to another smaller run down location, much further from initial location and manors. This was Very confusing and became a stressful experience. I feel duped. There were two locations combined into our one trip.

Great time for all at this lakefront property. Well equipped and clean. Great location and close to town but far enough away.

My partner and I throughly enjoyed our weekend stay! It was so beautiful and relaxing. We were able to swim and enjoy our time on the lake at the condo without having to go anywhere else or the state park. The condo is fully stocked with anything you will need to cook with, we bbq both nights and everything worked without any issues. The POC for this rental was very responsive with a quick turnaround time. We would definitely rent this space out again.
