The lower level features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large windows and balcony access, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Queenstown.



Upstairs, all three bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, making it ideal for families, friends, or work trips.



With modern bathrooms, laundry facilities, heating throughout, and secure garage parking, this home has everything needed for a comfortable stay in every season.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed (can be made as 2 Singles)

Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed (can be made as 2 Singles)

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds (can be made as 1 King)

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Family-Friendly Extras:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Good to Know:

1. The driveway is short but steep — please take care on approach, particularly in wet conditions. Low-clearance vehicles may have difficulty.

2. All bedrooms are on the upper level, accessed via an internal staircase (14 steps). This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

3. The balcony is not safe for use and is off-limits during your stay.

4. The fireplace is decorative only — please do not use it. The property is well heated via heat pumps and bedroom heaters.

5. The garage has a 2.1m height clearance — large vehicles (SUVs, vans) should check clearance before attempting entry. Roadside parking is available as an alternative.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balcony, and laundry facilities.



Self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival. Free on-site parking is included.

Located in the Marina area of Frankton, this home is perfectly positioned between Queenstown Airport and the town centre. You’ll be close to lakefront walking and cycling trails, local cafés, supermarkets, and Frankton shopping. The marina and lakefront are just moments away, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors right from your doorstep.

Frankton shopping centre: 4 minutes
