This is an absolute beautiful property that is very well maintained and cared for . Three bedrooms and two baths , large balcony . You can't go wrong renting this property .

Millie was a great host

We loved this condo! Plenty of space for my husband and I and our two children. The kids loved the pool and walking trail. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Even had some toys for the pool! We would highly recommend!

My family had a great stay at this condo :) Host was very responsive with my questions and needs. Very clean and had everything you may need. Great walking path around pond area in gated community. Pool and jacuzzi were warm and clean. Highly recommend staying and will be again in the future.

My experience at this place was great! A really comfortable 3 bedroom (one being a bunk bed) stay satisfied my family’s needs to be well rested, along with a sweet room to do laundry to keep our clothes clean! Bathrooms were especially nice, accompanied with comforting showers and adequate space to relax, eat food, and other things. Would 100% recommend!

This was the best Vrbo experience we have had!! Millie was the best she was so friendly and helpful the house was wonderful beds comfy everything you needed.We are coming back in the fall definitely booking this again

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in Phoenix! The location is perfect, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet still close to everything you could possibly need. There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shops nearby, and we loved being able to explore the beautiful walking trail just steps from the condo.One of our favourite surprises was the turtles in the ponds such a fun and charming touch that made the whole experience even more unique! The pool area was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventuring. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, which were well maintained and easily accessible.The condo itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy, truly felt like a home away from home. It was the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and natural beauty. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The host was amazing. She reached out our second day there to make sure we had everything we needed. The view from the patio was so relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and woulddefindefinitely stay again

Location wasn’t ideal for our golf and dinner. Everything 3040 min away

Peaceful complex. Loved the covered patio and the view. Very quiet. Condo is well maintained and clean. Property offers several activities, most items you need are located in the hallway closet for these activities. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, baking sheets, etc. Great rental. The only things we note as small drawbacks. The master bedroom curtains(colored sheers) allow the light to come into the room at night when closed. The bed squeaks in the master anytime you turn over which can wake up a light sleeper.

The condo had a nice view. We wish we would have known that there was an elevator we could only access with a key. We unloaded our suitcases before we entered the condo so we had to go up 2 flights of stairs with our large bag and 2 small bags.

The property is accurately described in write-up and pictures. Check-in info emailed well before checkin with Millie’s (owner) and assistants phone. Kitchen is well-supplied with dishes, pots and pans, etc. beds comfortable. We enjoyed 1 mile walking trail around the pond, heated pool and hot top.Millie is the most responsive owner we’ve encountered. She answered our questions and concerns quickly. We let her know a sink was dripping and a plumber replaced the faucet 3 days later.Would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Beautiful condo in a great location! Very central to all we wanted to see and do. We didn’t really cook much but the impressive kitchen has everything you could need.

This property truly earns it's high rating. It was well stocked with essentials and kitchen items were the best of any vacation rental we have had. Be aware tho there is a long walk from elevator to door. elevatortothproperty.

We loved the balcony where we sat and drank coffee and read in the morning. The view from the balcony of the water was beautiful! The condo was extremely clean and we enjoyed the pool.
