Lakefront Dillon Condominium-Incredible Location! Updated!

was hoping to use hot tub but it seemed to be closed for season and that was not clear when i reserved the unit

The lake view was absolutely breathtaking! Watching the sun come up over the mountains in the morning, making the fog roll across the water is almost indescribable. The property was well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the wood burning fireplace.

It is a great place and we had a great time. It was definitely what we were looking for, quiet and comfy place to spend our Xmas vacay. Thanks so much!!

Had a great time staying at the Lakefront Dillon Condo. The condo had everything we needed. Great location, just a block away from the amphitheater where we saw some live music and easy access to I-70 which made for quick travel time to some great hiking near Breckenridge and Leadville.

The condo was the perfect size, in an amazing central location, and the views were BREATHTAKING. We had one issue, and that was the excessive dust throughout the property. It wasn’t immediately noticeable, but our congestion every time we were in the condo gave us a clue. We ended up communicating with Amy about the issue and she was very understanding, apologetic, and offered multiple solutions, which was very much appreciated. Considering how well the issue was handled and the property itself, we would book again with Amy any time!

We picked this condo for the view and it didn't disappoint. The condo itself was up to date and comfortable. We're regulars to Summit County and would stay here again if it's available.

This condo was perfect for our long weekend of skiing at Keystone. Great location to the hill! Extremely well-equipped: regular coffee maker & Keurig, coffee, spices, etc. Gift basket of essentials that are really useful in the winter: hand lotion, lip balm, etc. Extremely clean, well-updated. Nice hot tub. Exceptional view of Lake Dillon & nearby mountains.

Property is convenient to I 70 and ski areas. Easy access to unit and parking. Unit is well furnished and accommodated four adults comfortably.

The condo itself was great for me & my family of 4. We had 2 other adults visit in the evenings & it was a bit tight. The condo had all of the necessary needs including sleds to go to the local hill for some fun. I would recommend some new fry pans but otherwise all things we needed were supplied. And Amy was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home.

Everything was smooth. Received all the check-in info and the start of the vacation went well. The location of the condo is perfect. The unit has a stellar view of the lake and mountains. It is right by the hiking and biking trails so you can easily bike or hike to Frisco. We enjoyed the biking. It is also close to the marina but that is closed down for the winter. The marina is a great place to go in the summering to enjoy the Tiki Bar. The condo is on the third floor so you will get your exercise going up and down the stairs but that third floor view is worth every step.

You cannot beat the view from this property! Being on the 3rd floor, the balcony overlooking the lake is divine. Hot tub with mountain views on the property. Woodburning fireplace. It's so close to restaurants. Can't wait to catch a show at the amphitheatre next time, which is a stone's throw away. This is our second year at this property and we simply cannot wait to return!

We needed to get out of Denver for a while, and the condo was the perfect spot to lake-gaze and easily access all Summit County has to offer. It's close to Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge for variety--and being right on the lake means a priceless view of water and peaks. Amy's a great host.

Great place, small but works, single beds a bit broken down regarding matresses but double bed was very good

This condo has a beautiful lake view and is in a wonderful location. It’s perfect if you are attending a concert at the amphitheater, only a few minutes walk away. The walking path that runs by the lake is across the road, if you are looking to go on a relaxing walk.

Breathtaking views, peaceful and serene. Loved celebrating our anniversary here and would highly recommend. Perfect location and so much to do. We cooked and had everything we needed as well as comfy beds and nice warm showers. It was absolutely perfect!
