Lakefront Condo Retreat in Garland County

Communication with owner was good. Maintenance man came quickly after we reported an issue. Well stocked and very comfortable in beds.

We loved our stay. It was quiet, and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We will definitely stay again in the future.

We choose this property in Hot Springs for our annual vacation trip due to its location away from the touristy bustle of Hot Springs while still being close enough to easily get to all the sites we wanted to visit. The property is spacious and clean, with room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.The main floor is well laid out, with 2 full baths available. The kitchen has amble space for us to prepare meals and eat. The table has seating for 6. The counter also had seating for 6. The second floor – the master suite – is huge. There's plenty of room to spread out and relax if you need some down time. Having access to the garage was a nice feature. It was good to keep the car out of the hot sun before starting our day. The main floor balcony was a favorite hang out before the heat of the day kicked in.The property is surrounded by water on three sides, but the lake isn't particularly wide here. There's a lot of homes/condos around you. That being said, with the exception of the occasional jet ski motoring by, it was very quiet at the property. We tried both the doughnut shop and pizza place nearby and enjoyed both for their convenience. Getting to restaurants and shopping was just a 10 minute drive. Getting to bathhouse row is a 15 minute drive. After a busy day of shopping or sightseeing, the condo is a welcome place to chill out.

Very peaceful and quiet. Watching the ducks and turtles was relaxing. Convenient to everything in Hot Springs. Wish we would’ve had a garage door opener and the tub wasn’t quite clean enough. Over all though we really enjoyed the stay.

Great location quiet but close to things. Thoughtful and responsive host.

The condo was clean and well stocked and maintained. Host was very attentive and when the shower broke he sent someone over to fix it. A family member did accidently leave something and the communication has been minimal about getting that back.

The property was amazing and just like the pictures and owner state. The host is very responsive and in tune with their property. The location is perfect, the condo has very comfortable beds and the laundry smells just like ours at home!! We loved the accommodations and had the best vacation. Thanks a lot

We met 2 other couples at the condo in Hot Springs. They had never been, so this was an introduction to them of all the things to do in Hot Springs. Everyone had a good time and hope to come back someday. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was very peaceful hearing the birds around the water and we saw 6 deer crossing the road very near the condo. The water view from the condo was so beautiful! We really enjoyed this property.
