Lakefront Condo on Beautiful Lake Taneycomo with Amenities!

The condo was nice though obviously not a brand new or recently rehabbed unit. There were a couple things the cleaning crew could have done better. But the location was excellent for fishing at the damn, and the view was great. Bathrooms were good with full spa tub in each. Beds were good along with the furnishings. We had a deck to sit on since we were on the ground floor which was a plus. Kitchen and living room areas were good. Could not find the Wi-Fi network that was listed in the documentation though. But all in all a location I would stay at again. Had a concern at first but the property owner was quick to respond and everything worked out fine. A quick drive up to a large convenience store for food and drinks was a bonus. Great location overall.

No toilet paper, txt them never answered just went out and bought some, bathroom sink was plugged up to v slow to drain. they sent me a txt about an hour after we checked in asking how everything was and I told them so far so good? So I know they got my txt ?neither bed room TV had no channels No biggie I may just get something closer to town next time .

This place was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us. The sun room was the best. It’s right on the lake and has free putt putt golf. We will be going back.

Definitely needs some tlc! Half of the light switches didnt work! None of the tv remotes work! The back porch is absolutely dirty! The sunroom smells like smoke! The whole unit needs an air freshener!

TV ….weve stayed several times; never has been good; I realize with all the streaming nowadays, you can pay to watch something. However, us old folks don’t do a lot of that. Tubs…..need to update with handrails.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived and we had to wait 3-4 hours past check in time before we could go back. There was a musty smell and the carpet is stained. The coffee maker takes over an hour to brew 12 cups. The living room and kitchen were clean. The area was and the proximity to attractions was nice.

We liked the area and the parking was good. We are older and the bathtubs were a little hard to get in and out of. The accommodations were comfortable.

This unit had the amenities my family and I needed and was just a few minutes from the strip. The host made checking in and out super easy.The next time we go to Branson i will look for this listing.

Nice stay good location and close to everything. The carpet could be updated and patio could have been cleaned up a lot of limbs and leaves. Overall nice place to stay.

The property & the owners were above & beyond our expectations! The condo was warm & inviting & included extras that showed thoughtfulness & consideration. Having stayed multiple places, I can boldly say nobody will be disappoint in this condo or the lovely couple who own it! embodies.

We are a returning family at this location. As always it’s a nice cozy place to stay, pretty quiet. We enjoy staying in this location due to it having everything we could need.

Nice place on the water. Even though it was a little cool for taking a stroll next to the water, it was still awesome to be able to look out the window and see fishing boats.The place was great for me, wife, and two granddaughters. There was plenty of room and many amenities which made it feel like home.It took us a while to figure out which light switch went to what light, but overall it was very accommodating.We enjoyed our stay!

We love this place it’s close to everything and the views are amazing… This is our second stay and will be back again next year!

The TV provider was replaced mid-week. Channels 29 and below were present and the HBO channels. However, no others such as ESPN, none of the news or business channels. I informed the host but nothing was done about is. There was a ROKU in one of the bedrooms but no remote making it unusable.

The property was quiet. Great Views. Conveniently located on the ground level. This made it easy for my older family members to come and go. Only one of 3 TVs worked. We could not do the dishes because there was no dish soap ( box was empty) Shower may be difficult for older person or person with disabilities to get in and out of. Beds comfy. Overall it was good

This is our favorite place to stay in. Branson,we plan our trips around availability of this place.we have stayed hwre at least 12 times over yhe years.the owners are nive people and eaay to communicate with.theres not much you need here except your personal things,its eqjipped good

Really nice and close to everything

I would recomen this place for a family. There are several minor things that could use some sttention but nothing bad enough we reached put to the property owners.

The place was EXCELLENT and BEAUTIFUL... And the view from the deck was SPECTACULAR!!! However, the owners are TERRIBLE at responding to questions and communicating!!!!!!!!! We showed up to find the condo had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Evidently the owner didn't communicate clearly with the housekeeping staff either... It was over 4 hours AFTER check in before the place was cleaned! Owner was rude and refused to give me any credit back... So, I told the owner I would be checking out late by 4 hours to compensate. Additionally, the owner had let the promised amenities pass expire... So dock passes had to be purchased in order to fish! Overall, the place is GREAT but not worth the hassle and frustration caused by the owner's unresponsiveness!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for letting us stay at your condo We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The condo is very nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen is well stocked with all we needed to make most of our meals. The bedrooms are very nicely sized and the beds are so comfy. We enjoyed the view from the back deck and watching the fog lift in the mornings. We also enjoyed the pool and games/ mini golf at the main resort. We have stayed at fall creek for the last 9 years, and this wil be our new go to condo. Only suggestion would be maybe shampoo/replace the bedroom carpets.
