The Space:

Welcome to our home! Check in easily via the keypad on the front door. Enjoy comfortable beds with mattresses and pillows, clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.



Our fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.



You'll find a washer and dryer in the laundry room with detergent provided. We also supply paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) and hotel-quality bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion).



For your convenience, mini dish/laundry detergents, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are available. Enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:

As part of our commitment to maintaining cleanliness and comfort for extended stays exceeding 10 days, there is an additional cleaning fee required.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement

For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.



The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.



Please note that there's an additional $25 cleaning fee for using the jetted tub on the third floor.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

    My party of five stayed four nights over New Year. Sparkling clean apartment. The host was very responsive to address some minor issues. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an extra bathroom on ground level. The location is great, right between the airport and Charleston downtown, with easy highway access, but on a quiet dead-end road. Great to relax on the deck overlooking the lake.

    The property was clean and equipped very nice. Located at the edge of an industrial area in the flight path for the airport. Everything worked but some things showed that it was a rental property. No live tv for news and weather on a local basis. For a first time renter I was satisfied with my stay.
