Stayed Oct 2, 2020No heat the first night. Thermostats were all turned down and the boiler/radiator wasn't working. Called the after hours number and advised no one available to fix it until next day. I had to call again the next day to get someone out to fix it. Also disappointed in fireplace... Not wood burning. Had a lame gas log insert. Condo needs some updating. Exposed cords. Broken thermostat. Bathroom Vent fan rattles loudly. Overpriced for off-season and quality of this condo. So far nobody has offered any compensation.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed our stay in #14! Plenty of room inside, beautiful views with a great deck to enjoy them from outside, easy access to walking trails around the lake. Cozy fireplace in the living room, comfy beds, and everything appeared to be very clean. There were games and puzzles available and a nice large dining table for us to gather around. Kitchen was clean, used the coffee maker DAILY and found what we needed to make our dinners there, and even used the outdoor grill. Really nice family stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow what a view this place has. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the rental company was easy to work with . Only thing that was annoying was you could hear every word someone said in the parking lot at 6am from the master bedroom. Other than that the place was great. May recommend bringing your own toilet paper and pillows if you don’t like single ply tp. The place was clean and had several places to sleep . Perfect walking distance to the marina !! Morning and night views on the large patio were A fan favorite.

Stayed Jun 29, 2020Great location you cannot beat the view. The unit is furnished with everything you need and very comfortable. Spa jet tub was enjoyed by all of us.
