    Good neighborhood, close to grocery and beaches. We loved the pool and friendly staff. Our apartment needed some updating and repair, which I alerted the property manager about.

    This condo served my family perfectly. The kids loved the amenities. The condo was clean, everything worked. It was a safe area, close to stores and a short drive to the beach.

    Carpet was very dirty in every room, broken lamp in second bedroom, blind were missing, and closet door glass in master bedroom. Liked the area and Theresa was awesome.

    Well located being convenient to Sarasota, Bradenton and waterfront fun. Comfortable accommodations BUT the old and really dirty and stained carpeting was a real nightmare. We would only return here again if we knew it has new carpeting.

    A lot of good things to say about the location, the size and more but found it hard to get over how old and dirty the carpeting is. I’d consider returning next year but not without knowing the carpets are new.

    Hi. I was disappointed in the blinds. Both the front of the unit and the back we're missing blinds which was exposing the bedroom to the outside. And the bedroom is where you need the most privacy. There was also blinds missing in the kitchen window and the balcony door. I hope that you'll fix that before we return next year. Also the mattress is very lumpy and should be replaced.
