Great, quiet location with quick access to highway. Minutes away from downtown - which was very easy to get to/from since we traveled here for a convention and drove back and forth several times!

We Loved this condo. The views from the living room are incredible. The place was very spacious and well stocked with all we needed. Will and Lauren were quick to respond anytime we had a question. Covered parking was a plus to keep car out of the hot sun. I can go on and on about this place. It was a great find. A home away from home. We definitely will be going back next year. Everything was as advertised, very comfortable. Plenty of parking and Hot Springs was very accessible from this location.

Great location!. It was very quiet and hardly saw anybody around. We did meet some neighbors that were very friendly. Beautiful view of Lake Hamilton! The host was very helpful and kind.More than enough parking!

The atmosphere was wonderful. The Lake view is wonderful when it came to bedtime. We did have an issue. The mattresses were subpar along with the pillows.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Lake Hamilton condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. It truly felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for.The hosts were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. They made the entire process seamless and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.One of our favorite parts was the beautiful view from the deck overlooking the lake. Morning coffee out there was peaceful and picturesque — the perfect way to start the day. The condo is tucked away in a quiet little area of the complex, which made it feel private and serene while still being conveniently located.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful getaway on Lake Hamilton!

The condo was perfect, exactly what we wanted. As described. Covered parking, beautiful views from all the rooms in the condo. The hosts were extremely responsive and overall we had a great stay.

The view was amazing, we were comfortable and not so far from the tourist centerThe carpet in the master bedroom was dirty, and the shower didn't work, so we only had one bathroom to shower in. The pots were not in good shape the oven was not so clean

Great place to stay if you're visiting the hot springs area! Clean, well appointed, comfortable beds, & stunning view!

They may say perfection doesn't exist, but I would argue that this rental comes pretty close! William and Lauren are lovely hosts who made check-in and check out a breeze. They shared with me that they are fellow travelers who have rented places many times themselves and have included little touches that they found particularly helpful as guests to their own place. This care shows in every part of the experience of staying here. This condo is clean, quiet, peaceful and safe. There are no weird smells and parking is plentiful. All of the furniture is very comfortable, but to be honest, we spent 90% of the time we were there out on the balcony enjoying the lake view. It was a real treat to come home from a long day of adventures and relax with a beverage to watch the sun set and the moon rise over Lake Hamilton. Our last night there in particular had a sunset to take your breath way.In addition to being lake side, this property is in close proximity to the popular attractions of the area such as Hot Springs National Park and the spectacular Garvin Woodland Gardens.We've always been beach and mountain people, but this place sure made us see the appeal of lake life. We we so sad to leave it when our checkout day came.Literally the only thing I would say was missing was a hair dryer in the bathroom for the two smaller bedrooms. Perhaps I missed it? Everything else was perfect.

Homeowners thought of everything!

We rented last minute to have a place for food, make last minute alterations to my daughters wedding dress and a placeto breathe from where the wedding party was staying. It was the perfect size and location. We saw an eagle early one morning. The lake was peaceful.

What a wonderful time we had at this location,the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful,rooms were very spacious and the overall layout was way better than the pictures. This is our forever spot when we are in hot springs if it's available.

Our family had an excellent stay here. The condo was clean and comfy with everything we needed. The unit had an amazing lake view with a nice, large balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. This condo is so close and convenient to everything. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

We stayed here for my daughter’s dance competition, and were blown away by this place! The view is beautiful, the balcony is huge. Every room has a tv, they left games, card games, legos. It has a washer and dryer in the apartment, and they leave Tide there to use. They also have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The bedrooms, and bed are large and comfy. The room with the smaller bed has a bed under it that just rolls out! The pool is on the small side - but it was warm and the kids loved it. The only con is we couldn’t get the ice machine to work which wasn’t a huge issue because they had ice trays in the freezer for us. One room didn’t have a remote - again not a big deal. And the master TV is slow and doesn’t have cable, but again, nothing that affected our stay at all. Out of five stars, we would rate it 10, and would definitely come back!

This was a beautiful place to stay on our quick summer get away. My boys loved that we were so close to the lake. I have zero complaints about the condo everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, and an amazing view.

The property was a great size for our family and had a beautiful view. We would love to stay again if we are ever in the area.

Little outdated and needs new beds

William (host) was very pleasant, easy to communicate with and replied quickly to inquires. The property was beautiful and the location was ideal. My family loved every moment there. Definitely will return to this space.

We loved this condo, check in was easy and it was very spacious with nice bathrooms and everything you need for a weekend to relax!

This was one of our favorite places to stay because of the view of the lake and the hassle-free check-out. It might seem silly, but I always miss a bottle or napkin or some piece of trash after all of the trash has been bagged, tied and delivered to the trash receptacle. Being able to just start a dishwasher and go was really nice. The weak link in this condo would be the beds. We played goldilocks a bit with sleeping arrangements, and my brother-in-law ended up just sleeping on the floor. (He camps a lot, so this might just have been the hard surface he needed.). If you sleep in the king sized beds, try to sleep in the middle of the bed. It’s much more comfortable than the sides. Some of the dishes were not very clean and the tub in the master appears dirty, but I think it’s just stained. I have been in places that didn’t have mattress covers—just a thin sheet between me and everyone else who has slept in that bed, but this VRBO had mattress covers and a double-fitted sheet on the beds. That’s a big plus in my book. The lay-out of the condo works well for privacy and being together as a family. The host communicated clearly and quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described and in a beautiful location. The checkin process was seamless. It’s very clean and fully stocked with necessary supplies. We booked this property during 3rd week of October with 2 families for our fall Foilage vacation. The overview from the patio sipping a coffee, early in the morning gives you a perfect vacation vibe. Kids loved it!!! We had a minor glitch with the toilet but our host was very quick enough to fix it. Our host ‘Will’was super responsive whenever we contacted. Very close to all retail stores.We couldn’t leverage the Boat slip since we dint have time but definitely planning to do it the next time. The checkout process is seamless as well. Overall a great property if your planning a trip for Hotsprings!!!

We had a wonderful stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner but we had to wash everything before using. Kitchen counters and floors were a little dirty but bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. My husband and I loved sitting out on deck looking over lake.

The condo was clean and relatively easy to find and in a good area. Spacious and extra amenities. I would book again.

This property was really spacious and had a great location. The condo complex was gated and secure, and very easy to get to. We had everything we needed, and even some thoughtful extras like laundry detergent. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights in this property and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This condo definitely meets and exceeds expectations. All communication with the owners has been prompt and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this property with no hesitation. It's far from our home but I would most certainly stay again if we revisit the area.
