Stayed Jul 26, 2025This stay was wonderful and our host was thoughtful and communicative. There was an issue with our booked room so we were not in the room noted above, but our room was just what we needed. The location is central to Kings Beach locations, but feels secluded due to the private beach and dock. Having a pool and games was a plus. I will say this is not a new, shiny facility and what you are paying for is location, view, and comfort, not high end, ritzy. A couple tips - bring beach chairs. While there are some chairs on the beach (5), they go quick. If you’re able, bringing your own paddleboards/kayaks/floats are also recommended. Also, there are no toiletries, so make sure to pack those. Other than that and your necessities, this is a great gem on the North Shore that has everything you could need.
