Stayed Jan 12, 2025The condo is decent, well priced, and close to Dallas. The pictures of the inside of the condominium are accurate. The bed was comfortable, and the furniture appeared relatively new. The kitchen had all we needed to make simple lunches. The coffee maker worked well and the full-sized fridge kept everything cold/fresh. The wi-fi was dependable. Great communication with the owner regarding the allocated parking space in the complex and lockbox code for the key. The owner was also gracious to adjust our dates of stay due to a change in plans on our visit. A few minor issues we experience: The white towels and linens are a nice touch but should be bleached to make them perfectly white again after each use. We placed one of the bath towels directly into the washing machine due to a stain. Although the sinks gave plenty of hot water, it appears the shower valve isn't installed correctly as the shower only provided lukewarm water no matter how long we had it run and how fully we turned the handle to the hot side.The condo is situated in an older, medium-sized condo complex that is surrounded by dozens of other older condo complexes. All the complexes show signs of their age and most of the exterior needs updated painting/cement repairs, better lighting, and maintenance of the grass/plants. This condo served our purpose for this trip, but somethings could have been better.
