Lake Front Condo, With Boat Slip / Unit 10 / Close to Bathhouse Row and Oaklawn!

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean. Amazing layout. Felt so big. Cant beat being right on the lake. Had everything you could need. I will mention for girls with thick hair be prepared the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Wonderful place. Will definitely stay again. Book it you wont regret it.

Everything was just as explained and pictures were accurate.

Over all not bad, my biggest issue was it said it sleeps 4, it had 1 bed and two 2 inch foam pad. I think the listing should be more clear about that.

Very quiet and peaceful. I do like to walk and there wasn’t any sidewalks to walk on as the road the condo is off of is very busy.

Balcony was our favorite spot! House was clean and cozy. Bed is a very firm, but my husband said he kinda liked it! lol

Such a fantastic property! Location is great! Extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this property for couples. Bed is great and towels are thick and fluffy! Lake view is a total asset!

the condo was clean and Brian was great at getting the TV going for us. He called Karen ? and she came to the condo and fixed the problem so we could watch TV. The view was beautiful overlooking Lake Hamilton. we will definently be back next April. Stayed here for the last 3 years. Found the ideal place for my husband and myself.Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay there again.

Place was real clean and neat. Plenty of towels and other accessories. Kitchen was stocked well. microwave acted up a little but np . Convenient location lol just have to watch the traffic.

The condo was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The view is so relaxing and peaceful. The only downside we could come up with is the icemaker dropping ice during the night, but the mattress is so comfy, so you fall right back to sleep. If you’re not used to hearing it, you may want to sleep with the bedroom door closed. We will hopefully get back to visit again.

Lake was great. Convenient to parks and activities. Pet-friendly, but need to secure area especially along the road. Clean, except items under couch and beds that small pets find. I would come back again!

The unit was comfortable and inviting. Exactly what we wanted for a little get-away. The location is close to everything we wanted and the lake view was so relaxing.

The view was great! The drive to downtown was short! Overall, it was a very cute little condo for two! We only had a couple of issues. The showers would not turn on, and we had to take baths. There was hair on several places, but I think it could’ve belonged to the last cleaning lady. The living room furniture is worn but functional.

Balcony offered a terrific view , coffee pot and coffee available in the kitchen. The only issue was the WiFi connecting on Saturday morning. After a n hour or two it worked fine.

The balcony was our favorite spot! With how busy Hot Springs is, it was like a peaceful getaway within our getaway.

My husband and I planned a last minute trip to Hot Springs and this place was perfect for us! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Very well kept property

Great stay. Nice place. Very clean. Didn’t have hot water though. Owner came over to address, had hot water for a while, but no hot water the next morning. Perhaps owner just needs to have someone come out to take a look at the hot water heater.

Overall it was great! Really clean, no problems. I will say the parking for boat trailers was a little complicated but we made it work. If you have a large boat trailer, it’s a really tight squeeze! But the location and ease of everything was great! Also I thought by description it had a king bed and a twin but it only has 1 king bed, not a problem though because our daughter just piled in with us.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it has the lowest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad that I couldn’t get the conditioner out of my hair.

Excellent place to stay. Very clean and cosey

The property was fantastic and just what my family needed. The condo was clean, neat and super cute! The check in process was extremely easy. We loved our stay!

I cannot give this experience less than 5 stars, and here’s why. From the start, the property manager was very responsive and remained that way throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The apartment was clean, and well-organized, and included thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable than expected. For example, there was a baby crib/playpen. Although I didn’t travel with a baby, my 4-year-old—who is on the smaller side due to being born very prematurely—slept comfortably in it. A foam topper was also provided for the air mattresses, which helped my very particular 8-year-old sleep soundly. I even fell asleep on one because it was surprisingly comfortable!There were more than enough supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, pillows, utensils, laundry detergent—you name it. I never got the impression the host was cutting corners. I appreciated having two bathrooms, especially when more than one person needed to go at the same time. The balcony being accessible from both the main bedroom and the living room was a nice touch. The area was very quiet, especially at night. We only stayed two nights, so I can’t speak to what summer is like, but that doesn’t affect my rating. The internet was briefly down due to an area-wide outage, but the host stayed responsive about that too. We will be back and hopefully in unit 10!Our transit passenger van was easy to maneuver in the parking lot, and parking was easily accessible to and from.

Great place

My only complaint is the water pressure- it is not good at all. Made taking baths/showers take longer for a family of five. The property is great and made for fun outdoor time. The place was fairly clean. There was a dirty sponge on the sink in the kitchen. I used a wash cloth in its place. Beautiful aesthetic throughout the place. A calming vibe. Hope to be back next year.

It was a nice little spot for our anniversary. Everything was so clean and welcoming. Will definitely come back if ever in the area.
