Lake Front Condo! Pet-Friendly, Adjacent Marina, Incredible Views -C-5

This was the most wonderful condo we have ever stayed in!! Beautifully decorated, even had a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations. Very clean and the most comfortable beds and pillows ever. Slept better in the condo than at home. We will definitely stay here again!! Thank you to the host for letting stay in their home!

Host and property maintenance were outstanding with communications making sure we had everything needed. The condo was clean comfortable and very spacious. Water pressure was good. Jacuuzzi tub was clean and a great way to begin our short relazing weekend. The views are absolutely amazing from this condo! We also appreciated the gated community as it was quiet and we felt safe. Binging so close to Top of the Rock was definitely an added bonus! Roads were good as well. Easy to find. We will keep this 9n our list of great places to stay!

Place was a nice relaxing get-away for the weekend 5-8 Sep 2025 even though there were a few cobwebs and some spiders hanging out above the windows/blinds near dining table.

Great condo, location, and view! Owner did a great job with communicating as well. We had an awesome stay!

We checked in on the 18th of Aug 2025 and checked out on the 22nd due to I have to go back to work. Communication with the property owner was very smooth, very attentive to your needs if there’s an issue. Me and my husband really love the place…quiet, clean, and the view is amazing. The views from the balcony are stunning and sunsets were spectacular! Sitting on the balcony in the morning is so peaceful. The condo is very clean with everything needed and the location provided access to everything easily. We will definitely book here again.

The view is awesome and in a great location. It really is a nice place and management was very responsive and helpful. Negatives: our floor was really dirty and internet was very spotty, not working most of the time.

The C5 Yakov condo fit our needs and had lots of positives but could benefit from some attention. Here’s the good/not-so-good that we experienced:Good:- Incredible lake view- Easy access to highway, Big Cedar, other great places- great communication from rental co about check in/gate/etc.- small, safe, quiet complex- plenty of hot water and towels- big TVs- fast internet - icemaker in fridge- elevator with carts for luggage- comfortable furniture- plenty of close parking- a/c worked great- comfortable beds- plenty of closet space Not so great:- ant traps spread in the open throughout condo- living and dead bugs in windows/windowsills including wasps we had to kill upon arrival (we know bugs are a given near the lake but we’ve stayed many other places without this issue)- very outdated decor- old musty smell - dirty bathroom floors- dirty, marked up baseboards and floors- algae patches in condo pool- easy to hear neighbors through walls/ceiling- lots of cobwebs on balcony- no full length mirror anywhere- dim bathroom lightingWe enjoyed our trip to Branson and the condo was fine for us bc we were not there much but we probably won’t rent it again unless it gets some much needed work.

Our family of four stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed watching a dvd and playing games that were in the condo. Very spacious condo, and beds were comfortable. The best part was the panoramic views of the lake from the kitchen window and the patio.

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the lake. On the 3rd floor but there was an elevator and carts. Quiet neighborhood. Very enjoyable stay for two couples. Main highlight of our trip was going to the Sight & Sound Theatre to see David.

There was a storm the 1st night there and water was coming in the dining room windows. Dried up and all was ok. AC was unable to adjust below 70, we both need around 65-66 to sleep. My home can accommodate that, not sure why this one couldn't.

We had an awesome time. Loved the property, location, and views. We had to cut our stay short for to flooding and tornados back home, but are planning another stay here

My husband and I escaped for the week to Branson, we love the area but this property was by far the best place we have stayed. The only hiccup was the first day attempting to get into the gate of the gated community. The managing company worked with us and got it handled within 24 hours. The balcony was our favorite spot, the views were amazing.

The location of the property is perfect. It's away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to get to the action if you want to go there. We will book here again!

This is our 2nd time staying at Emerald Pointe, and it never DisapPOINTs. My sister and I come in February to get some lake therapy in the Winter, and we love being on the lakefront. The beds in this unit were very comfortable and it had a lot of details for guests that you can tell took some extra thought. Plus, the view is incredible. We were snowed in, and this was the perfect place to do so! We will book with them again!

We had a great 5 night stay in this complex. The view is incredible and has spacious rooms! Everything was clean and there is an elevator close by. The only complaint we had was getting in the front gate without having to call the guard each time. The cameras were not reading our license plate and we had to show our driver's licenses to the guard multiple times. But overall great Unit and we would definitely stay here again! the was not reading our licens3 pla

Stay was good, condo does seem to need minor repairs and maybe a new mattress in master tho. But very clean and welcoming

Loved the lake view, very comfortable and close to everything. Will definitely book again in the future.

The condo was nicely decorated kit hen well equiped, very clean and the view astounding. State park nearby to rent a boat slip and park the trailer. Would definitely return

The condo is exactly as pictured in photos. Property manager is easy to get in contact with. Beds were comfortable. Nice big living room and kitchen area. Beautiful view of the lake.

When we walked into the condo, my boys (13 and 10) both stopped and say, Wow! Spacious condo with a beautiful view of the lake. Well maintained. Easy check in, check out procedures. We were able to do our exploring in the morning/afternoons and spread out to relax in the evenings. Perfection!

Impeccable, beautiful views, spacious, comfortable beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, sunsets, so relaxing.
