Stayed Nov 26, 2025This is a very quaint 1bedroom 1 bath apartment. It is very retro, which I found charming. It is on Lake Eola so it was a great view with the lights in the park. It’s on the second floor that that helped the view be great! I would stay there again.

Stayed Nov 10, 2025The Lake Eola property has had some updates to the flooring which is beautiful, and is nicely furnished. I stayed for 3 nights and had conference events from early in the mornings until late at night, so I basically only slept and showered at the property. The bed was comfortable and the unit was quiet at night, so it was perfect for my stay.

Stayed May 2, 2025This is a great place to stay! Easy check-in, very clean, responsive host.The place is a little dated. The kitchen is cute and lovely, easy to cook in- my only note is it is pretty spare when it comes to cooking utensils. But the location just can’t be beat. It is super close to the performing arts center, and it’s a lovely walk there. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I come to Orlando!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The unit was clean and had a nice view of the lake. I liked that there was covered off-street parking, and the entire process was easy. There’s lots to explore around the area, and it’s a quick drive to other attractions around Orlando. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The condo was very clean and the private parking was an added bonus. The unit is old(er) but renovated with new floors and paint. The best part of this stay was the unit's location is 2nd to none. There are numerous restaurant & pubs within walking distance and the lake across the street is beautiful. Overall, this was a wonderful stay in a nice and clean condo in a great section of Orlando.
