You found it! This beautifully remodeled condo is your perfect vacation destination. Whether it's summer, spring, winter or fall, Summit County has something special to offer, and there is no better place to stay than our condo at The Lodge at Lake Dillon. It has been professionally remodeled and updated with every attention to detail and no expense spared. With an amazing lake view and a Rocky Mountain backdrop, you will immediately feel relaxed and far from the hustle and bustle of yourbusy world.

Our condo sleeps four guests. The master bedroom boasts a wall of windows with beautiful views of Lake Dillon and the mountains. The deluxe queen-size bed features a memory foam mattress topped with a light feather bed for your comfort. The bonus room has a set of twin beds with pillow top mattresses. Each room reflects a chic mountain decor. The two full bathrooms are both enhanced with upgraded tiling, granite countertops, and brushed nickel fixtures. One bathroom has an upgraded walk-in shower.

No amenity has been overlooked in providing you with a comfortable stay. The living room stacked stone fireplace will provide a cozy, welcoming atmosphere on cold winter evenings. A 48 flat screen smart TV is ready for indoor entertainment, along with a soundbar and BluRay player. The kitchen has been updated with gorgeous birch cabinetry and oil rubbed bronze knobs, granite countertops, and brushed nickel fixtures. It is readily equipped with everything necessary for light cooking or large feasts. New top of the line stainless steel appliances complete this kitchen so that any gourmet will feel right at home. Seating for four is convenient at the granite bar.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is professionally maintained both inside and out and boasts beautiful flower gardens and natural decorative grasses. Many amenities are available including a swimming pool with a beautiful lake view--reserved for owners and guests. (The pool is new as of the summer of 2022.) Indoors one will find both a sauna and hot tub. All levels of the building are handicapped accessible with elevator access. Our elevator was updated spring of 2026.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is beautifully positioned on a bluff that overlooks the lake, mountains, and marina. From your private balcony, even the night views are spectacular with warmly lighted homes across the water and the glowing ski runs of Keystone in the distance. With cafe seating on the deck, you may never leave the condo!

The quaint town of Dillon provides many opportunities for recreation, shopping and dining, all within easy walking distance from the lodge. Summers on Lake Dillon are not short on fun and host a myriad of activities including fishing, boating, hiking, and biking, with challenging golf courses minutes away. Our Farmer's Market is a summer staple, and free concerts are scheduled throughout the summer months at the Lake Dillon Amphitheatre located only two blocks away. For shoppers, Summit County hosts the Silverthorne Factory Outlets just 2 miles away, as well as many boutiques, galleries, and antique stores. The winter season offers world-class skiing in nearby Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, as well as Vail/Beaver Creek. Other fun winter choices include sleigh rides, snowshoeing, ice skating, and night skiing. Access to free shuttle rides is readily available directly across the street from the lodge providing quick and easy routes to most of the county.

Our condo at The Lodge at Lake Dillon is our 'home-away-from-home.' We are excited to share it with you and know that you will enjoy your stay.

Please note: Strict new rules for short-term rentals have revealed that our property is classified as a 1 bedroom condo. We are currently looking into this designation, as we have advertised it as 2 bedroom in the past.     This was our 2nd time at this property. We absolutely love the location and the setup of this condo. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms is great for our family with two tween/teens.So convenient to multiple ski slopes and the walking trail along Lake Dillon is also great. Be sure to check out the new coffee place in Dillon (Dillon Coffee Lab and Espresso Bar)Laundry in the building is also super convenient.

    The reservation process was simple through the VRBO app and communication with the host was simple. The unit was as described with one small detail - the interior bedroom which houses the two twin beds has no window. While the room is equipped with a fan, we found that leaving the door open overnight solved the stuffy-air issue we experienced the first night. The patio was a bit cob-webby, but overall, the property was clean. There were plenty of cooking gadgets and there is a light duty coffee grinder there if you want to grind beans. The stock on all other items was more than plenty, something we truly appreciated! The unit itself if just down the path from the Amphitheater, but oddly enough, from inside the unit and even out on the deck.. you cannot hear anything - even though I wouldn't have minded listening to Lake Street Dive while they were there. In the immediate area there are plenty of stores and restaurants and Silverthorne and Frasier are just minutes away - the Frasier main strip is a lot of fun - we even got to try out an Escape room there! The lake itself was active on a daily basis with fishing, motorboats, sailboats, kayaks, and SUP's and waking up with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise over Lake Dillon from the unit deck was a must-do experience if you have not yet. I would recommend this rental and would rent again if I were in the area. Thanks for a great stay!!

    We found the condo at Lake Dillon to meet all our needs! It has a great patio and view of the marina. The walking path is great. The condo comes equipped with everything you will need to make your vacation comfortable. The only slight improvement would be blackout drapes in the master bedroom when the sun comes up at 6 AM lol

    Overall great experience. The condo was clean, great location to everything we wanted to do in the area and had all the essentials. We enjoyed Breckenridge, a UTV adventure in the mountains, fly fishing, and a cattle drive. The building itself is very old looking and seems very dark in the hallways. However, it was clean, everything worked, and the people living there or staying there were very quiet & friendly.

    The building is rundown. The elevator is tiny. The hallways are dark and dingy. Before we opened the door to the unit we could smell an aroma of sweet-scented cleaning products coming from under the door. The living room is filled with ugly oversized furniture that is not very comfortable. The bedrooms are small and also filled with oversized furniture. AND one of the bedrooms has NO WINDOW. It is an interior room. No ventilation. Just a small fan. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen is nice and well-stocked. The bathrooms are quite small. The balcony overlooks the lake and mountains AND the highway. The noise from Route 6 is quite evident. We walked in, sat down and tried to convince ourselves to stay. Between the smell of the cleaning products, the lack of ventilation and the fact that neither of us wanted to sleep in the second bedroom with no window, we decided to bag the trip and left. Basically the whole place was depressing.
