Lake Conroe Condo: Balcony, Views & Pool Access!

Lake was wonderful and location of place was close to restaurants and stores.

Everything was great except We questioned if the unit was properly cleaned. Alex did apologize.

Overall it was a decent stay. The place was clean on the inside, and they had eggs, biscuits, water, and a good deal of possible needs there for you. The view is gorgeous and the bed was comfy.Down sides: the balcony needs attention! It was covered in bugs and spiders. The umbrella had wasps living in it, and all the other balconies were clean and nice, so no excuse. The upstairs shower doesn't drain properly so you're standing in water the whole time. Also, at 8am EVERY morning, the Hispanic gentlemen working in the business you are directly up against, like to blare music. So loud, we thought there was an event going on at first. There is wear and tear in the form of loose tiles, holes in doors and no handles on the bathroom door upstairs going in. Would appreciate a better curtain situation in the upstairs bathroom as well. At the end of the day, my pennies are precious, so, though our stay was okay, we won't be using this particular unit again.

This property was everything that we hoped for. Very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The view was immaculate!!!!! We will definitelyvisit again. .

Perfect location for our needs. Nice and quiet being an end unit other than the event next door that was setting off fireworks. But we didn’t mind!!

This was a very comfortable condo, clean and the upstairs bed was very comfortable!!! The location was perfect for our needs. Great little restaurant right next door. Perfect for cocktails or food in the water.

We absolutely loved our stay! This second floor, 2 story condo is spacious with a bed and bath on both floors! It was clean and decorated nicely. The balcony is so relaxing and the kitchen had new appliances and everything you need. Huge master shower upstairs and easy to get where you want to go. Parking is easy and food is a hop, skip and a jump. We enjoyed are stay and would stay there again.

We had an incredible time at this vacation rental! The highlight for us was definitely being able to fish right off the balcony—a unique and relaxing experience. The property was spotless upon arrival, which made us feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, making our stay even more convenient. The place was spotless, and I loved the location. Also we went to the Wave Restaurant, I loved how close we were able to walk a few steps away. They also have a pool there with a cool bar to hang out and not have to drive anywhere. Communication with Alex was excellent throughout our stay. He was always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, this rental exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

Fish from your balcony!!! Fantastic location and charming view. Close to trails in Sam Houston national forest. Nice bar next door with a pool. Squeaky clean and well maintained place. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our week-long stay, and will book again given a chance!
