So glad we came across this gem! Everything was clean and comfortable, and we loved sitting by the window looking at the beautiful view of the water. A wonderful location to spend the weekend. We loved our stay!

Host was somewhat welcoming. Said there was a hot tub and Sauna but it was unclear when we arrived whether or not they had those amenities and we could not find them

The host was warm and welcoming, the condo was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better for our skiing trip. We will come back for summer to experience this

Chris at the front desk was super sweet and very helpful. We absolutely loved the view! The furnishings were so beautiful too. We were so close to some of our favorite restaurants as the location was perfect. The bed was so comfy as well! Overall, we were so happy we chose Water Street Inn lodging.

The unit was very clean. Great view of water. Easy access to unit. Onsite staff were very helpful. Getting clean towels (using tote system) was easy. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have most of the things you'd need. Appliances looked new. Good temp control in unit. Good water pressure and water temp. Many great places to visit (and eat) within walking distance. Only concerns were the tub height (very high, difficult for short legs, like a hurdle), but great for a bath. Other concern was the mattress , it was very soft (especially in the sagging middle). We prefer a firmer mattress, but that is just us. Overall, very cozy and we would stay again.

Perfect place to stay and explore Boyne City, as well as nearby Harbor Springs and Charlevoix. The view is gorgeous and peaceful.

Must sign contract agreements- lots of fines. Beautiful, clean, great location! Lovely condo, kitchen a little bare-very basic ware. Minimalist offerings.

This was the perfect condo for a last minute getaway. The location was perfect, the views were beautiful, and the decor and cleanliness of the condo were excellent. I would highly recommend this condo!

Super clean and nice. Master bed was SO comfortable! Would stay again!

I stayed here for midwinter break with my 2 kids so we could go skiing. We found the place very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location couldn’t be beat for walking to town for food. And the nearby sledding hill and ice skating was a lot of fun too!

We loved staying at this property for a quick ski weekend. It was even nicer than we even expected from the pics. Everything was super clean; the check in process was very easy & everyone was very friendly. I would love to come stay again in the summer to enjoy the lake!

Beautiful view of the water and sunsets. Private patio to sit, sip coffee, read a book, and just drink in the beautiful view. Condo very pretty, very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Could take a short walk to town and choose from several places to eat. We will be back. Hopefully price stays the same and doesn't go up so we can afford to come and stay a few times a year as our up north getaway.

Loved the property. Especially being able to open patio door and walk to beach/water. Even sitting on patio was a wonderful view. Boyne City is a cute little town, good restaurants, shops etc. And is so close to other area attractions. Our stay was mid September, so not prime busy time - which was also nice for us. If you are even thinking about booking a stay.. I say DO IT... life is too short, and you won't regret it.

(Friendly staff thank you)Our unit 112 was meticulously clean and comfortable.The grounds are so well kept and having the chairs on the beach for guests is inviting. This beachfront condo was perfect... the unit is tastefully appointed and spotlessly clean with beautiful views of the sunset over Lake Charlevoix. Can’t wait to go back next year!

The view of the lake and access to the beach was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to venture to other small towns for the day but not do a long drive. The condo is cozy and was clean.

(Boyne City’s Best Restaurant and Coffee Shop). Water Street Inn is run like a hotel with housekeeping as needed. The on- site staff is very friendly and helpful. The unit is similar to hotel room size, but has a full size kitchen (the bathroom is very small with a high sided tub). Thankfully, there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Overall, the furnishings are somewhat dated; however, everything is very clean. Boyne City is more laid back than Petoskey and Harbor Springs; but is an excellent base to visit both towns, as well as Charlevoix and the Village of Walloon Lake.
