Stayed Feb 6, 2026My wife and I were seeking a well appointed VRBO for a long winter weekend of winter activities in the Boyne, MI region. Overlooking a beautiful frozen Lake Charlevoix, we were very pleased with our stay at Lake Charlevoix Top Floor Balcony Condo. There are lockers available for winter gear, and Chris at the front desk was very helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again. Also very convenient to the Petoskey region, and the nearby Ironton Ferry would make the Charlevoix region very accessible during the warmer months.

The only thing was the AC was a wall unit up stairs and really didn’t cool the whole place very well.
