Stayed Dec 30, 2025The view was great! We were able to watch a snow squall blow in across the lake and eagles flying in the morning.The room was sanitary, but we were a little disappointed as we had family members staying in other units that had more updated features. Their units had an oven, hard floors, and unstained carpets. The front desk staff were all very welcoming!

Unit was clean and well-supplied. My only complaint was that floors needed a re-do. Carpet was out-dated and stained.

Stayed Jan 31, 2025Amazing location! Beautiful Views of lake Charlevoix, close to everything in Boyne City. Comfortable and cozy accommodations. Perfect after a day skiing. Can’t wait to return!

It was the first time in this unit. Most everything as expected. Upgrades needed to kitchen items, pots, pans, utensils. A better coffee pot would be great too.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024The property was clean and in good shape, but slightly dated. There was a musty smell on the main floor like the carpet had been wet and never properly dried. My gorlfriend and I both have mold allergies and they flared up during our time in the condo. We would both feel relief when we left the room and are slowly feeling better now that we have been out of the condo for 24 hours.

Cable transmission was garbled and broken off and on the whole stay, even after we reported it day one.

Reviewer Comments: Can't beat the location for views of the water and it's amazing how close all the shops and restaurants are; everything is within walking distance. The staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful. The beach was clean and private. The unit could use some cosmetic upgrades but would definitely stay here again!
